  1. Szmodics was never good enough for City! says it all! LJ’s legacy
  2. I would cut O’dowda a bit of slack, when he got injured last season he was actually playing really well, yesterday he was thrown in as a surprise wildcard, certainly not fully match fit yet!
  3. Yep and Wells would not want Wells - only consistent effort gets a place in the 11
  4. One moment of brilliance, great but he needs to wake up! Had his chance with the u23’s and was a passenger, watching him pre match in the warm ups, he a messer and if anything disruptive. Have to agree there is a player in there somewhere but he still has a long way to go to earn a starting place.
  5. I’m with GIFFORD2! Sit end of row up and down like a jack in the box from 5 mins before HT and if we’re losing I may as well stay standing for the last ten - I wont say too much about the kid that has to go to the concessions at least 4 times every game! Add the need for alcohol during the game and I may as well transfer my seat to safe standing - nah cant do that either, im disabled so i may as well stay home!
  6. I gave up, the barstewards ignored emails sent during the matches when I had switched to listening to BBC bristol. Out of pocket by £30! in future - if the need arises- I feel it’s justified to search for streams - I am out of pocket due to amateurs that were unable to cope with the settings needed to produce a reliable stream - IPV settings were the problem and not my 200 Mbps connection! there is a worldwide problem looming with connectivity as the old system is unable to cope with the billions of users simultaneously connected to the www. To correct this there is a new protocol in use providing billions more connections - StreamAMG has failed to address these changes and failed its customers- but what do I know, my opinion could be wrong as it was probably wrong when I helped commission the machines that etched the circuits in the first Pentium CPU’s - gallium arsenide process for those who may wish to know! COYR
  7. A pity the EFL were not on top of this where Villa and Wolves were concerned! Neither achieved their success playing by the rules, they shafted the championship massively and got away with it.
  8. Did SL once say that the buck stops with him? No wonder he has stayed tight lipped about his 2 wonder boys that failed him so badly. Without SLs support I dread to think where our club would be today! COYR
  9. Gone from rebuilding to stalled redevelopment and poor planning, the recycled dross has proved useful - just not to us.

    Parking passes

City organised as usual, parking paid for, 2 days until first home game and no parking passes received - come on!
  11. 4th would have been better - burnt at the stake (or tent pole) pitch side on the 5th
  12. Revised to 100 hours community service, litter picking in BS3
  13. -22 goal difference says it all, could so easily have been relegation Hopefully the Lansdowns have the balls to get the right people in, lose the losers and change things around in time for pre season!
  14. Spoke to ticket office today and got the long awaited answer to unused parking question! When parking renewal comes up this summer the parking fee for those last 5 games will be credited in the renewal.
  15. On the bright side - 22/23 the highlight fixture will be a local Derby - Sags v yeovil
  16. So unkind! Hahahahahahahahaha gurt lush
  17. At least the builders in Sunderland will be happy, all the doorways in the stadium offices will have to enlarged to cope with the ego passing through!
  18. Still no resolution or announcement re pre paid parking for LAST season! What’s it to be? refund or credit against future parking!
  19. I bet he’s steaming up the mirror! Getting very excited about perhaps adding a promotion to his CV! waffely versatile
  20. There seems to be a total lack of honest statistics regarding Covid. Try asking google for the latest info - this mornings top result was a Gov.uk report from June! I wonder what level bristol would be if the University and college victims were not counted! I actually live in a council district which has the lowest Covid count in the uk but has been placed in level 2! No wonder there is no confidence in the clowns in Westminster!
