Derek Mcinnes for me. Everything I have read about him sounds good including the glowing recommendation from Owen Coyle. Big Joe back at the gate. His second spell was not the greatest but not sure it was his fault. Think he still lives has a place in Bristol as well. Will always remember Big Joe for his first spell in charge and try to forget (as will he having read his auto biography)that he left us to go to Hearts.
