Well, now I want a Krauhaus too (never heard of him but once you start signing non-league wonderkids it's hard to stop)! At this price I think we should stock up on 5 or 6 of them just in case.

Kone has bossed this game. Only 21 years old

Really good pressing from Watford
-
Speed of pressing is a step up from what we're used to. If the intensity drops hopefully we'll find it a bit easier to play out from the back

Incredible that people are complaining before the 2nd goal. Totally dominant first half. What more do people expect?!?

That chance where he hit the post was similar to a lot of the goals he scored for Wycombe. I think with the a run in the team he will start putting those away. With Sykes, Mehmeti, TGH and Knight we have the makings of a goalscoring midfield here for the first time in a long time (apologies for the positivity).

Tanner and Pring are part of the 4th best defence in the league.

Dean Smith. No nonsense British name! Easy, decision made, not sure why the process is taking so long.

can we go for jurgen klinsman instead, i can say that
I could be really picky and mention that you missed the umlaut from Jürgen (and the second n in Klinsmann, ok I'll stop now)

Lived in Austria for a bit. His surname is Lieberknecht pronounced a bit like “Lee-burr-k-nekt”. The last bit “knecht” can be quite hard to pronounce for English speakers as we don’t really have words where we pronounce a k next to n, nor do we generally have the “ch” sound (which is a bit like the “ch” in “Loch”).
Maybe ask Andi Weimann to say it, next time you see him.
Saying connect very quickly gets the gist of it. So I'd suggest "Lee-burr-c(o)nnect"
Just noticed the OP has the i and the e mixed up hence the confusion about that part of the pronunciation. It should be Lieberknecht, i before e hence the 'ee' sound.
Also funny to note that a rough translation of his name would be "preferred servant" or "dear servant". Exactly what the Landsdowns are looking for for?

Depending which way you look at it this can either make for depressing reading or be a cause for optimism.

If we can shift the likes of Wells, Palmer and Simpson (I really hope he is pay-as-you-play) off the wage bill then it doesn't seem so bad.

I was merely pointing out what I’ve pointed out consistently - that this isn’t fisticuffs between like minded people (as your first note said it was), but mindless thuggery disregarding anyone who got in the way (as regrettably happened to you in the second note).
Your second note disproves the first theory, as do a lot of recollections on here. Nobody denies CSF protected you. But if you’d have been Walsall fans and the CSF emerged from a pub, at that time the self same would have happened unless - again, by some miracle - CSF were the only “firm” in the country who didn’t go after any other fans.
How are people still not getting this?

Local historians say it was something to do with the historic football club, who played their games in the city before all sport was made illegal following Bet365's brutal invasion of Denmark in 2084.
Bet 365 will have to fight Tesco pretty hard if they want Denmark...

I think you’re underestimating how much extra the Roker roar is worth to them. Not many expected them to beat Leeds in the final and it certainly seems to have given them some real momentum to take into this season.
Things definitely seem to be on the up there since King Ecgfrith of Northumbria granted the land to Benedict Biscop to found a monastery

Is this whole thread a wind up? Have we all been done up a kipper?

Yeah he won't be too bothered about anything to do with Sunderland I'd guess. The club has also been sold on again since he departed.

More odd behaviour from Derby, shutting off a guaranteed steam of income. Administration looming perhaps?

Wouldn't be a bad link up to have. I assume they'll do well again next year as always in league one. Possible step up loan for Palmer-Holden?
