Here’s the American Airlines logo. It captures the essence of the American flag, but it’s an artistic variation of it - there are no stars. Brands play with familiar iconography like this all the time. In this instance they’ve just played with the cross to align with the colour scheme of the shirt. So what?

A ridiculous fuss over nothing by people who care far too much about things that don’t matter, stoked by the utterly tedious Tory and right wing media-driven culture wars.

Poor comparison really. That’s pretty obvious that it represents the United States? Red, white and blue… stripes.

I’m not too bothered either way, like others have said, there are plenty other things to worry about. I know I’m English and proud of it. I don’t need a tiny flag on a shirt that will be forgotten about in a year to remind me.

My first thought was if it’s meant to represent the St George cross it should be red.

But it looks like you two are trying to work an angle to paint the poster as homophobic, so I’ll leave you to it.

    That’s exactly what they’re doing.

  3. I still think it’s early days on McCrorie. I like his intent though, he’s the one that’s always looking forward.

Knight and Dickie have been good signings. The others though have been disappointing overall. TGH has showed glimpses but hasn’t done enough for me to be honest.

It doesn’t help that we’ve got a coaching team that won’t release the shackles though…

Let's be honest Dave it may aswell read 6 defeats from 6 cos that Swansea game was absolutely shite.

I believe Steve was at both games?

    Our only hope is

I’m also hoping the lack of interest in that game might trigger something. I’ve never seen AG that empty at this level.

It does come down to what you like and I've got a pretty eclectic music taste.

You strike me as someone who probably likes male rock/indie bands and so are unlikely to find an eclectic line-up of much interest.

    Radio X listener you mean😂

I’m partial to a bit of old funk/soul too.

Not at all. Janelle Monae and Little Simz are two of the best live acts I've ever seen.

PJ Harvey is literally one of the best female artists the UK has ever produced.

SZA is great, and a huge act in the States.

LCD Soundsystem imo one of the greats bands of the 21st century so far.

And Kiwanuka also looks superb live.

    Absolutely all elite imo

Fair enough. I personally wouldn’t call that list ‘elite’ is all. But you like what you like!

I don’t see many of those playing to the crowd either. @And Its Smith Dua Lipa isn’t for me, but I agree, I think she’ll be the best there.

This. By all means you have to experience it, but bringing a first timer along and taking them to all of the other stages is the best part. Pyramid is a nightmare getting to and from.

Yeah you’re not wrong! Toilet is always fun aswell if you’re right amongst it.
