Disagree, and I wasn’t so sure on him myself in the past. I thought he lacked that hunger and aggression as a CB… But he has been faultless this season. Reliable, available and he looks to have a presence back there. Player of the season by a mile as it stands

True. Then you get the odd game like Arsenal v Man United last week… If I’ve got a spare Saturday and City are away, I always watch the Championship midday kick off over the Prem one on BT. Players, teams fighting to reach the highest level is so much more entertaining and thrilling.

I mean, if he hadn’t scored against Blackburn we would have lost, didn’t score against Swansea in the FA Cup we would be out, didn’t score against Cov… yep we would have lost… Current form doesn’t look too rosy then does it?
