I’ve never really got the Rashford love in to be honest.

If I was Man United, I’d get shot of Marcus Rashford. The kids heart is not in it at all.

The keeper didn’t touch it. Conway did the right thing in going around the keeper with his first touch, but then his second touch just kicked the ball further wide.

On the first chance where he hit the side netting it was just that second touch which got away from him, bugger! His first touch around the keeper was good, and all he needed to do then was slot it home. Fine margins for the lad, but I thought he looked threatening.

The football today was very good again though. Everybody played a part which was nice too. Just one thing though on corners, we need to look a bit more threatening. For how many we had I think Fulham won the first header 90% of the time.

Whilst we played very well, I can’t help but feel frustrated with that. The game shouldn’t have gone to ET, should have been out of sight.

If he walks across and there’s a near post header though… You either stop the cross first or win the first header.

Fair enough if you think so but I always find these games tedious. In fact, I don’t really enjoy watching Man City play anyway. I just don’t find them very exciting to watch. It’s all too slow, it’s as if they are taking the piss.

Atmosphere is pretty flat considering the occasion for them.

I don’t think I’m going to bother with English test cricket a long while. It hurts my eyes.

Nige was talking about the team news for the Fulham game and has just confirmed Tanner will be out long term, a couple months at least so say. Big blown for GT and leaves us pretty light at back.

The QPR game was where I saw green shoots. Quick intricate play, good movement, creating chances, good passing etc. The signs are definitely there. We just need that self belief to go on and finish the opposition when on top.
