Are we not more likely to try again for Jack Currie?
-
Are SPH and Owers still at Yeovil?
Last time I checked their team neither of them were in the match day squad.

I know there is a mute option, but Toby is a shocking commentator on Robins TV, does not help that his co commentator has nothing to say.

Said this to my mate at the time. Ultimately City needed to defend it better (easy ah?!) but it was such a simple decision to get right and it was clear the assistant had no idea what was going on.
The one on the Dolman stand was shocking all night and Marriner just seemed content to give any 50/50s to Man C and keep them happy for next time he refs them.
I think the penalty could have been given but don't really have many complaints it wasnt. Just thought, ignoring that one decision, they were annoyingly poor without too much controversy (is that a contradiction?)
Just watched that first goal back to see if I was right, Foden kicks it out in clear view of the Lino & MC given the throw, 1 minute it later it's in our net without us touching it.

About 45secs before the first goal, a throw in was given to Man City (Dolman side) that was clearly ours... the Linesman waited for the ref to give it to MC before he raised his flag to agree (totally standard)

Minutes silence, total shambles!

Thought it was good, watched everything except the game when I got home.
Love Laura Woods as a presenter, she has a great rapport with the pundits... very good on talk sport too.

There always seem to be a fair few drinking at Bedminster CC, when I have been in there the atmosphere always seems pretty chilled… plus there is parking for them.

It's just about the worst case scenario for Man Utd. Lost him for a year, had to pay him while he was suspended, can’t sack him, will get peanuts for him if they sell him, the fallout if they decide to let him play will be seismic and he's contracted for another 2 years.
Good luck sorting that one out.
They will have to make sure that the players they sign are Good Humans in the future.
-
Not sure how long he has left on his MU contract, but will be interesting to see how he comes back either there or at another club.

I think Naismith will be the “mover” if we get injuries at the back. We have enough midfielders even if means tweaking how we play.
Do you think we'd move Naismith back into defence ahead of starting Kalas?

For somebody who is only 30 he looks so confident and assured in that clip, when he does go to a bigger club you cannot imagine he'd have any issue managing the big name players.
Assume he also speaks Belgium fluently, so really impressive.

Surely the keeper should get booked for that?

It can’t be easy having to answer the same questions after every game, unless you like love the sound of your own voice and taking nonsense like LJ

Scott’s delivery in general is attrocious, thats why!
Agree with this, I think his corners are not testing at all, surely we must have a better right footed option.

I’ve got a spare ticket for the Dolman for today if anybody wants it.
would maybe just suggest the recipient makes a small charity donation.
PM me if interested

Elegant right sided CB, with what appears to be maturity beyond’s his years. Guessing he’s 17 now, having made his u23 (as it was then) as a 16 year old. Comfy on the ball but defends well.
Dave, would you say he is ahead of Low then re making a matchday squad?

The thing that did him on the first goal was having the ability to do more than just head it clear, that hesitation cost us.
Hopefully next time he's in a similar situation he chooses to just head the ball.

I know not tonight (as he played yesterday) but wonder when they might give Joe Low a go.

I still have my code if anybody needs one.
Only found out last night that my mates without tickets cannot make it Saturday.

Didnt stand out against Coventry to be honest my mate watches Bath City not impressed think the club rates him though.
Think he did well last night, Bath were pretty strong.
Cannot remember us working either of their keepers, unless we did either side of half time when I was in the bar!
