  1. I see it being a 4-2-1-3. o'neil and brownhill sitting in midfield, front three of kodjia, Abraham and o'dowda interchanging and tomlin free role behind the striker in the centre.
  2. Looking at it from a different perspective, I see it as a way of progressing youth through force. By not being able to loan players, it will be a case of either play them or sell them or make them rot. This would mean clubs like Chelsea may not stockpile as much and the football league may benefit from this. However, the league clubs would also be in the same position regarding their own players but not to such scale. Sometimes, force of habit needs to be enforced to make an improvement. It is all too easy to dip into the loan market rather than use a youth player desperate to make it in the game. The club trains them, should the situation arise, they should have the confidence to use them or inevitably lose them.
  3. Everything points to a win for us which is why it's worth sticking money on a Bolton win and we have a knack of buffering the easiest things up
  4. Just a quick **** off to city. Bunch of wasters. Can't score, can't keep a clean sheet. Don't have what it takes to play in this division and it will show with our impending relegation. bye Flint, tomlin, Bryan, smith, kodjia when you all bugger off elsewhere in the summer and we have to rebuild for the ten millionth time. i despair and I don't care for te happy clappers who say get behind the team. I have done all season and they offer us nothing even now. something drastic needs to bloody happen
  5. Watch hollow head go back into management with them now there is a whiff of 'money' there. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts. At the very least, they will benefit by being bought a new stadium and facilities and the odd player.
  6. Let's just hope he's not another 'club in the bag' manager/coach like his dad. I honestly can't see who he can attract player wise that would improve us. Can only wait and see however and get behind him although I say that behind gritted teeth
  7. Burns is a great impact player. I think he does better when coming on against tired legs. Just a matter of putting him on earlier than 3 minutes to go
  8. My nerves are gone already. Lallana just kept my 96k accumulator bet alive with that last minute winner. Fortunately haven't included city in the bet. Don't want to jinx anything
  9. Suprised garita not in squad given he got clearance to play and was suggested he would be in if that occurred....
  10. Sad to say I called this outcome before the game so I'm not surprised to see a draw, just more disappointed were not making the most of games. Kodjia is a penalty taker, why not let him take it? we just can't finish our chances. There is no remedy for that. We have used all our luck last season and have left none for this. Will be very surprised if we're in this league come next season as we can't even beat Bolton and charlton who are in dire straights...
  11. Seems to point towards a win for city in regards to our supporters thoughts which means it will be an unfortunate draw that we should have won but failed to converts endless chances.
  12. Don't recall wilbraham winning a header yet. Gone back to pre-forest form. We need balls out wide and crosses across 6 yard box. Get cox on up top with kodjia. Bryan looks shot of confidence too
  13. Will be same answers from cotterill. Not taking chances and making simple errors to concede. He won't be happy. Absolute nightmare start to the season in all tbh
  14. Need to start with kodjia and Agard up front to stretch defence constantly.
  15. Al, last season it was Flint clearing from corners. Where is he this season? Need to be first to the ball
