He really needs to abandon 3-5-2 for this season, sure next sumer go after the right players to make it work in this division, but please even something like a 4-5-1 to shore us up for a while.

haha **** off Bolton

You had to edit that? Shameful.
You do realise how much effort he has to put into condensing such a long post in to a much smaller, reader friendly format don't you?

Sounds quite an open game and alot of pressure from Brighton. Really need to get through to half time and regroup abit, a few mistakes creeping in.

Get in!!! Was just going to say we need to hold on and setlle it down. Never ******* mind.

I guess this is the player out that cotts hinted at the other day.

Sounds like SC did a job on them. There's plenty of unappreciated strings to his, and this squad's, bow.
But no this is OTIB and 10 days ago him and the board were at an impasse and his short term future was uncertain.
Crazy isn't it? I just don't think some fans realise just how good this team can be. We probably won't be title challengers but from what I've seen and heard from opposition fans we could mix it with those in the top half.

Another from their forum, nice to get some praise from other fans:
"Bristol did a very professional job on us. Scored early and defended their lead heroically whilst still looking like they could add to it. They're a better side than many other champo teams despite just having been promoted. The goal they scored was beautiful (think our first against Millwall at home last season, very similar but not quite as flashy). In the second half they were excellent, sitting very deep, pressurising whoever was on the ball into going backwards, clearing the ball way down into our half and forcing us to start again and looking decent on the counter. They'll be more than alright this season."

From middlesborough forum:
"And Bristol City? I hope they go down or we go up because I'm sick to *** death of getting beat by them at home."

Albert and Kike on the bench, very surprised.
Good, be nice if we could make them regret that decision.

Enjoyed the guy who moaned all night behind me, left on 80 minutes
Hope he felt like a right ****

Is transfer deadline day the last day of August?
No, 1st September because a transfer window can't close on a bank holiday so closes the next day.
-
Rotherham United, took some thinking.

Very tough game today, Preston and Swindle lost there and MK managed a 2-2 draw. Need to be on it from the start today as while generally poor, they can clearly get themselves up for the big games. Can see a tight game today and one of those games where I don't care how we win, just bring the points home.
-
Preston looked out of the auto race but are flying now, would love them to come up with us, much much much rather that than franchise and Swindle.
-
LJ starts with a 0 - 1 away win.
Yup, fair play to him!
-
Swindon yet again get five booked in a match, surely can't be far away from a couple of suspensions?
-
He did alot right last game - clipped the bar, lashed home the pen., beautiful cross for Wilbs. goal.
I'm a big fan of Joe too but Greg thoroughly deserves to keep his place today.
Good isn't it? We're lucky to have two talented lefty's, few teams have, whats great about swapping those two over, as is the same with the rest of the squad, is you can do so without weakening the team. Love it. Joe gets the plaudits with his attacking play but greg is just as good in other areas of the game.
Disappionted Matt Smith isn't starting though.

Just got home from taking the kids to watch 'Big Hero 6'....how much are we whooping ass by then?
We're giving the opposition a 3 goal head start to give them a chance
-
Need a goal sharpish if were going to rescue this one!
-
4-2 Gills! ahahahaha
-
-
First goal is a big one tonight, if we can grab an early one should kill their spirits, first goal to them will fire them up.
-
Or even 7 times if Gillingham make the play-offs and we slip up!
I'd take a hammer to my knackers if that happened

Problem I see is Cotterill can't attract the quality of players we need, mostly due to him having little to no reputation of being successful in this league, hence many players believing it would be a poor move, as its a huge risk joining with a very questionable chance of success.
