  1. Hopefully we”ll sell out, more likely to on a Saturday than a Sunday
  2. Unfortunately these prices are the same everywhere at these sort of events, personally I wouldn’t pay them, the price of a pint is fair enough but food prices are scandalous
  3. Why are my posts desperate ? I’m just giving my point of view and opinion, just because my views don’t tally with yours doesn’t make it “desperate” Just for a bit of clarity though I think sacking NP when we did was the wrong decision and you’ll also not find a single post from me over the years where I’ve “backed” Tinnion.
  4. We’re well used to that though aren’t we, hopefully with a few new additions this new bloke can sort it out
  5. Shhhh, you’re going to upset some people on here with facts like that
  6. There are plenty of people of the opinion that Lansdown didn’t “mis-read the room” quick enough. Right or wrong regarding NP it’s time to get behind the team instead of constantly whinging, I remember being in mourning for months in ‘91 when Jordan left us, trust me, it’s not good for your health !!!!!
  7. Give Manning a bit of time and we might get a bit of excitement, you can’t expect to change 5 years of dross after just 4 games. The pessimism and negativity on this forum is unbelievable
  8. Fair enough, but we have been watching dross for the last 5 years never mind 70 minutes today so let’s give the guy a chance and a bit of time
  9. Can’t believe the massive over-reaction on here, it’s as if some people are wishing for Manning to fail, remind me who our manager was when Norwich beat us very convincingly with their reserve team at AG earlier in the season? Manning has come in with Wells injured, “Pearson signing” Cornick, who is utter dross, Weimann, who is well passed it and two very young strikers in Conway and Bell who are struggling massively
  10. You dodged a bullet with Robinson, most over-rated manager around, shame he didn’t get the job
  11. If it's such a benefit then why don't every team agree to change to Friday night (like Swansea have done)
  12. Seems strange to me, no other team are moving their games just for the extra day off (bar Swansea)
  13. Lots of kids and dads will be at the kids football on Sunday morning/afternoon
  14. Did we play up there on a Friday earlier in the season?
  15. Didn't know that, for Sky purposes ? Our game was changed back in July
  16. Apparently my gran always used to ask my dad "How did South End get on today" and that was thirty years after they moved to AG, she was born in 1878 !!!!
  17. Last time i looked we are the only team in the FL that have moved their game from Saturday to Friday night, i would also imagine that a lot of people would of finished work early for xmas and the last place they are likely to be is at AG on a Friday night to watch Hull City !!!
  18. So later on this month on Friday night 22nd will you be at AG for our game against Hull or will you be travelling up to Newcastle to watch Bristol play Newcastle Falcons? both kick off at 19:45
  19. You're right so far regarding this season, usually the Welsh games get changed, Norwich on Sunday, why they've moved Hull to a Friday night in a couple of weeks time is beyond me as there is no egg-chasing on Saturday.
  20. I'm another one that can't make it as i don't finish work till 2 (would be the same if it was a 1.30 Saturday KO) honestly don't know why i bother with a season ticket as i've missed so many games over the last few years due to 15:00 KO times being changed
  21. Not only the pies, the pasties are lovely as well
  22. I”m afraid things never change, either too much coke or too much alcohol, any club that takes 3000 to an away game are going to have a small percentage of numbskulls amongst them
  23. Manning’s doing well considering the squad and injuries he’s inherited
