Kalas is just fine on the ball! Rarely gives it away, can see a good pass, can drive into space and has the odd marauding run in him. He's more technical than he's given credit for, not just good for diving in the way of shots.

Notice how there was no celebration after the penalty, only an urgency from the entire team to get back in position and have a go at winning the game in stoppage time. My biggest hope when Nige arrived was that he would be able to instil a belief into us that we can go to anywhere in the Championship with the confidence we can win, not settle for anything less just because we're little old Bristol City, just because of who we're playing or where we are.
