  1. Bumped into him a few years ago at work,,was in good spirits & happy to be recognised!....bless him.
  2. Because he's league one at best. That's his level.... Let's hope he's not there with us?
  3. Time to slip into something a little more comfortable,,pour a glass of wine & take a look..☺
  4. The Nightingale Hospitals re; intended use was a flawed concept.. Barely enough ITU staff available to man units in general hospitals. They could've/should be used to ease pressures on hospitals in the general sense..
  5. He's not a Championship quality 'striker'...full stop. You can dress him up any way you wish but the harsh reality is. If we ever have 'striking' options worthy of progression then this bloke doesn't make a seatwarmer.
  6. Nice pelmet. the final days in the bunker
  7. That'll be the easiest £50 'I ever won... Yours, Stan Laurel.
  8. 99 pos cases in all bristol hospitals???... One thing I am allowed to tell you is that figure doesn't even cover ONE of our major hospitals....
  9. Tisdale eh??... It'll be "The Swimming Test" for him..
  10. Looks like their No1 target for the job ain't happy...
  11. Must pop over for a little quiet contemplation..??
  12. Only one guess allowed as to what my obvious answer to that response will be ?.. If you don't mind me asking,,have you "visited" of recent??
  13. A lot of denial going on.. If they could take a walk into their local hospital & view the 'covid' areas,, witness the staff putting themselves on the line,,facing constant danger,,then I'm sure many of them would shit themselves - so many can't see anything unless it's right under their nose.
  14. Never mind the quality,,,, Feel the width..
  15. Quite a common occurrence then.. My father was what you might call "open minded" and of course at Ashton to watch his reds with me one week,,,the next we'd be at eastville meeting his rovers supporting pal - a great guy,,won an MM in WW2....a very unassuming man as such people often are.. Seemed a normal thing for us to do at the time..very happy memories.
  16. I remember when it was 50p...... People say it's relative but Im sure that would be cheeper in 'real terms'.
