Oh dear another two points lost
Again faults in coaching (missed penalty). Again complete ignorance of use of subs
AgaIn inability to defend a lead at home
Again inability to use possession
No good arguing for new manager, obvious two months ago, as owner won't move on that
It is time for Lansdown to consider his position if he won't address that of the manager
It is clear, as I have been saying for months, that the club is happy with third division football and have based their business plan for the stadium whatever they say on that
Suppprting City is so so frustrating
Sad to say our club is badly run
You're blaming Cotts for Pack missing the penalty!? Good one! He's scored our last 2 penalties why wouldn't he pick him?!
We had less possession than Charlton yet had 18 shots and twice the corners. You're a loony if you think we're building this stadium for the third division. We're making profit every year whilst teams like Bolton Fulham and forest are investigated for breaking FFP!? How the **** are we badly run? Love the idea of getting rid of lansdowne by the way that's a good one. I'm sure there are loads of billionaire Bristol city fans who won't run up large amounts of debt

Freeman needs to be dropped. I like Cotts and he's 100% the man to keep us up but he needs to be a bit more reactionary. To see we are only winning 1-0 against a team that was worse than the majority we played last year he should've changed it. Burns Reid Cox Little any of those on would've helped I'm sure. Instead he once again left a sub for the last 5 minutes and they scored. I'm still pretty certain we'll stay up but he NEEDS to use those subs!

Intrigued by the team today. Coyr

I think what with Burnley 2 games away we might see a Burns appearance from the bench.

I was very surprised to hear that SL said in an interview there's nothing planned yet for January, that's a travesty. We need a quality central midfielder, a striker and a keeper walking in the door on Jan 1st as far as I'm concerned.
That's not what he said at all. He said that Cotts hasn't given them his favoured targets.

Best game from Freeman got a while.
Agree re Kodjia, particularly half way through the second half in front of the goal - its like he knows that the rest of the team don't quite have his skill so doesn't want to pass.
SCO Angers fans said that he will often overlook people in better positions. Although all good strikers are greedy.
-
Great save from FF at 0-1, could've been game over. When Freeman shifts the ball quickly he's so much better, huge improvement today. I fear Kodjia is beginning to replace Freeman as the player that holds onto the ball a little too much
-
Freeman finally playing it quickly. looking good city
-
Wonder where Agard is. Burns to finally get some time upfront?! I think Baker and Williams will be struggling against their pacey right side. Would've rather had Williams and Bryan.

- Did anybody else think that the corner that lead to Blackburn's opener, should have been a goal kick?
- Sure looked like it to me and Frankie (as he tried to remonstrate with the lino)
Blatant corner mate. Sat in the south stand hit Moore after Flint misjudged it. Said to my dad it was lucky it didn't go in cause it could've gone anywhere and then 30 seconds later they've scored

Agree re freeman the amount of good build up play wasted by him feeling he had to beat a player when a simple pass would have been far more effective. And when he finally did try s simple pass which would have put Bennett through, he couldn't manage it. His worst performance in a series of poor home displays, at least Reid tried to put the artackers through. Freeman looks ever more like a one trick pony. Far to easy for decent defenders to read. I thought smith was brilliant today and apparently he had s stinker last week, so hopefully Luke can improve next week. He has been playing better away.
He's never scored at AG. The guy needs a rest. Reid Bryan Bennett Agard and Kodjia all playing next week should make for some exciting forward movement.
-
If Freeman isn't dropped after another awful performance then I will be truly mistified. Reid wasn't great today but considering he shouldn't be played in the middle 2 I don't think you can slate him too much. Freeman out for Reid and maybe we'll see some attacking promise from the team, even though Baker has clearly tightened us defensively he's practically useless going forward and I think the return of a very fresh Joe Bryan could help us.
-
Well this is a very poor day for us. January as I've said many times will be the most important month. Shows that even with signing 3 fairly well rated prem players and cox and Kodjia isn't near enough. Also can we play Bobby Reid for once please thank you.

I look forward to our discussions in the summer.
I'll make a note of it. I think we'll stay up. I'll reassess after the January transfer window.

The goal was Flint's fault. He let Maloney drift in behind him to score
And the people saying Freeman is good enough for this level...what crap
Fixed it for you

Once again the night was marred by yet another OTT standing ovation, Freeman surely didn't warrant a standing ovation. It's making the standing ovation seem meaningless. Sort it out Cotts and SL
-
Brilliant result. I think both Agard and Reid should be starting on Saturday
-
Shame that Reid isn't starting. I think Agard will help out Kodjia a lot more than Wilbraham does, lots of through balls for our strikers to feed on please.
-
Surprised no one has mentioned the ref today, thought he was appalling. Also, I ******g hate people that give standing ovations for everyone that goes on or off, totally makes them insignificant.
-
Thought Freeman once again had a lacklustre performance, I love that he's always showing for the ball and doesn't hide away but he delays his passes so often it really frustrates me, constantly taking extra touches and then the moment has passed. Really hope Reid starts instead of him next game as at least Reid can spot a pass as opposed to running until he loses it. Would also like to see Kodjia with someone else, personally I'd take Burns or Cox over Wilbs. This has ruined my birthday on monday.
