  1. Predictable. They're all jealous that someone else has escaped living in Luton
  2. Moving the goalposts again. It's not true.
  3. Moved the goalposts because they can't stand being wrong
  4. Such a pedant that they can't handle when someone corrects them.
  5. I have some sympathy with him. His signing was ill thought out. He has never really fit with our style of play, whatever that is. Shunted out onto the left wing, never given a run of games up front, as he should be. Similar situation to Weimann to me, play him in the right position and he will score. According to NP, he is a model trainer and has asked to play for the U23's to stay fit. Good luck to him if he can find the right club to take him.
  6. Bristol City for all of them, except local which is Gloucester City (or Cheltenham Town if you're only counting league sides).
  7. "It's got rude words on it" Would suffice for now for my 6 & 4 year olds. I get the point you're making, but you have to explain lots of difficult or rude things to kids. Don't like the shirts personally, pretty classless.
  8. I think it's a simple as his demeanour. He seems to get easily frustrated on pitch (with his teammates, himself) and to be honest I don't blame him. I'd also look irritated if I'd signed as a striker and kept being asked to play on the left wing. Much like Weimann, I think he could be a real asset if utilised correctly.
  9. Piss off Watts it's clearly wheels
  10. Says far more about the poster than the entire generation that he or she was trying to comment on.
  11. https://youtu.be/5snDN6Tf_a0 The Burton penalty is here if anyone wants to traumatise themselves again.
  12. Making them play the Weakest Link in the centre circle is a bit much
  13. That's because they were arriving at Luton
  14. Agree with everything you say bar the last bit - I think he is a defender and right side of a back three is ideal. The bit in bold is key. If he can focus and get through games without the lapses in concentration then I think he will improve as he goes on.
  15. I agree with you on the whole but his problems seem to stem from a lack of concentration or at times, composure. I wonder after ~150 pro games and at the age of 24 if this is something he's able to sort out or if he's just going to have these "moments" forever. Jury's out for me. Same for Taylor Moore, but it appears he's finished here.
  16. The emergence of and growing experience gained by some of our younger players: Scott, Semenyo, Benarous being the obvious ones but also with matchday involvement for Bell and Conway. Also the involvement of O'Leary and Pring, despite being a bit older, it's been a breakthrough season for both of them.
  17. We need to play our best team, not our best 11 individuals and for me we play better as a team with MOL between the sticks.
  18. An impressive career. He also played over 100 times for Barnet.
