As it happens I thought neither were a penalty, Romero’s hand was in a natural position as a lunged forward, plus he was only a yard away from the shot. In addition Bissouma was directly behind Romero and would have blocked the shot on the line. My point was, you can bet your bottom dollar if Arsenal had been playing Leicester, a penalty would have been given.
