Bristol City manager Lee Johnson:
"The crowd were brilliant, I asked them for it and they delivered so I thank them for that,
"It was always going to be difficult, it was a bit edgy, the referee probably didn't help he had a poor 15 minutes.
"Our players were getting frustrated, I was getting frustrated and the fans were getting frustrated.
"But we kept our composure, kept our structure and we were the side that looked like going on and win it in my opinion."
Where was LJ for the other 75 minutes..in the toilet??
Johnson's no fool, go too far and he risks a fine

Freeman having his usual superb game!
Serious q, is this irony, good for him if he is playing well though (don't know anything but the score)

Wow this is worrying, why start wilbraham? Why not 4-3-3 and play for the break?

We can finish above MK. Right?
Have to agree with this
Bolton at home and then Rotherham are two massive games, think we can pull something off vs Fulham too, 7 points and we'd be fine
-
 Rotherham are on fire, have to beat Bolton and get a point from Fulham now

I thought we'd cracked our home form after the 2 games Pembo was in charge (Boro and Brum) where we didn't concede but still looked dangerous going forward with plenty of movement. Now we look like conceding again and little movement up front. Also under Cotts he said max 2 touches before passing and now players are holding onto the ball too long.
Should just pretend AG is away from now on, stay in the Avon Gorge, drive up and down the M32 on Thursday for 4 hours etc etc

Tactically wrong wrong wrong. No width, the whole right side is poor, Little was so slow and Ayling has no defensive head on him. We have Reid and Tomlin for the middle but not both, Bryan and Freeman for the left, need waggy on the right for balance until summer

No we need more quality behind him
We need a right back, a central defender, and a creative midfielder - no different since the end of last season
Two quality loanees in Baker and Tomlin, our only signings also good left back, goalie, and striker. Thus 5 good changes to last year's team, but not enough yet, especially with weak squad.
thats the key, lose our first team players and our backup is poor, Reid is a decent backup, so to Williams and Little to a much lesser extent but that is very much it

Big chance to make the gap over Rotherham bigger today. Theyre due a drubbing so our friend Mr Gray may just help us out.
I expect us to win today. LJ said players dont need reminding of the importance of the game today. Lets hope thats true.
A min of 5 pts this week should see us extend the gap i reckon.
Optimistic comments from an ever optimistic red on his way to the ground of empty seats today!!!
rapidly turning into the grim reaper this season is Mr Andre

, in the lower leagues these thingsd don't normally work out well
however, fair play to rovers, if they can become almost as successful as us but never quite (like Spurs and le Arse) then I can have no complaints, good for the city and attracting players here

I'm not normally a radio kinda guy, but I've just put BBC radio Bristol on and it's the gas.
Is that always the case?
yes, far too often

Wilbraham had no service to be fair to him, I'm not a fan but no decent balls in.

He really needs to abandon 3-5-2 for this season, sure next sumer go after the right players to make it work in this division, but please even something like a 4-5-1 to shore us up for a while.
you'd give Cotterill another summer transfer window?!
Maybe we'll bid for Rooney
-
we are screwed, can't score, shipping goals left and right and LATE
no players to make changes, no changes with the players we have
inept tactics and manager and woeful transfer policy that appears aimless

Thing is, most others are losing as well.
the only thing keeping us in it are how pathetic the bottom 5 are
we are awful, simply awful, no squad, a manger who is clueless with tactics and 1 win since early november

Don't worry midfield is covered . We've all heard the rumours of our approaches for quality players for this position have n't we ? have n't we ? perhaps not .
need not worry, at least we are sorting out the fact be don't have a LB or RB in the traditional sense that would let us switch formations
