It’s a not so subtle dig at 3 Peaps, which does appear to have close ties to the club. I just find it odd as they know the 3 peaps guys listen to their pod, and the 3 peaps guys do make reference to FBC occasionally, never in a derogatory manner either. I always thought FBC got a lot of unfair stick, yes they’re on the more negative side but that never really bothered me, it’s all about opinions but it seems to have come back this season with a bit of an attitude. Odd as it will drive listeners away

It doesn’t sound harsh it sounds wrong. Wilson was on holiday in Portugal, it’s a 2 hour flight and several per day from Bristol. Palmer is in the Maldives, with a heavily pregnant partner and 2 young children, completely different set of circumstances. I am by no means a bonafide ‘ITK’ but i do get little bits and bobs occasionally and as it happens that the Palmer situation was one of them that popped up recently. Palmer is not the bad guy in his Bristol City career, the club decided to pay Chelsea a big fee for him, The club decided to offer him 20k a week, the club then decided he actually doesn’t fit in any of the managers plans, the club decided they wanted to recall him from Swansea - not the player. Palmer was keen on a permanent move to Cardiff in January, the clubs couldn’t agree on that. Palmers attitude has never been questioned by management, Pearson has no problem with him on a personal level, he just doesn’t fancy him as a player simple as that. He isn’t this troublemaker that loves the lifestyle without being a footballer that everyone makes him out to be. He is incredibly family orientated and a pretty popular member of the squad.

In a complete change of subject, green is a very disappointing choice as an away kit for the colour blind amongst us!!

I’m not overly fussed about people running on the pitch, not something that ever excites me but there ya go, each to their own I guess. Yesterday however sums up a large number in that section, wait so they can see the players, then as soon as they’ve had their clap, **** the rest of the fans who’ve waited patiently, let’s run on the pitch, mob all the players with their young children and grown men doing knee slides?!? Weird bunch

Somebody recommended American Vigilante to me. It’s one of the weirdest podcasts I’ve listened to, the stories are ridiculous but told with such certainty that you start to believe it, or at least elements of it. ‘KC’ is one hell of a story teller!

I agree with this 100% I think his best game all season was the home game against Coventry when he played in the middle. Didn’t put a foot wrong all night, was the best player on the pitch by some distance!

He was still in touch with several members at Knowle CC, to the extent of flying back during a test match he was commentating on, to attend the funeral of an old captain. Would always swing by when Hampshire were playing glos or England games he was commentating on, giving several of the younger lads nights out they won’t forget! A true cricket legend but an even better bloke.

They weren’t City fans. I was sat a row behind them, they were there in memory of their friend who died, their behaviour throughout the game was appalling, several children forced to move because of it, 3 of them sick into the occupied row in front of them, 4 literally falling over the seats onto the people in front, this scumbag guilty of both, one just passing out, bringing drinks up with them (not a major one!) lots of keys on show, arguing amongst each other and dreadful language. All of which was pointed out to the stewards who did sweet FA! Should be relatively easy to find as that picture was all over Facebook etc, sure they will be tagged in it somewhere!
