I really liked the variety of their tactics. Really clever use of Addai in build-up in the first semi, launching balls into the MK box, meant MK didn’t know whether to stick or twist in the press, and they stuck. Having pinned MK back, they then had space to pass their way up the pitch with MK too spread out to close them down. Simple, but hugely effective.

This was your reply to Cov, bringing “hate” for Manning - common parlance or not - into the thread That’s why I was surprised that a fairly normal thread saw the need for implication of some posters hate towards Manning.

As much as I think Taine Anderson is a promising Academy LB, I really don’t see him being cover (step-up) for Cam Pring next season. First team squad for preseason, maybe, but I’d guess that’s more about seeing whether he’s ready for a loan, and whether that’s a loan for EFL, National League or one of your NLN or NLS teams. You'd think Raph Araoye is ahead of him, and Elijah Morrison too. ++++++ You mentioned experience in relation to where you had Meerholz (and I really like his game), but Murphy has far more than him, whether you take Accrington into the equation or not.
