Always hoping for a win, but will be more interested to see if there are any changes to our style of play tomorrow - any signs of LM putting his stamp on things. If we lose (against a side doing relatively well) but can see a positive change to approach I won’t be devastated. However, losing with the ‘same old’ approach would be a bit of a worry.

The rugby lines were right in my sight line and definitely not covered as they were last time. On the tactics I very much agree, it felt after a few attempts to be positive in the first 15-20 mins city (consciously or not) seemed to set up to take a draw. It felt like only a matter of time before villa would score as players tired.

It was - completely unnecessary too.

Good theory - I don’t think we can understate the wording used around finding a new head coach, not manager. This switch back in terms of roles will likely end up with Tinnion having more responsibility (power) than he’s had with Nige around.

When you book it the price will likely almost double when it recognises it’s a match day. Getting out of there is a nightmare as well on a Saturday game.
