OTC mixing it well - good exposure for him.

Fair play, they are a prime warnock team.

Working on the app but not on sky football via virgin media…

Walked the full length of their away end to thank the fans, on his own. That sort of thing is often missed or forgotten at the top level, fair play.

If memory serves me right he was one of the bright lights of our dismal relegation under SOD and it was a little surprising that he stayed for the start of the league 1 campaign, for me anyway.
However, once JB emerged properly he was clearly the better LB for what we needed at that level, and rightly took over - I suspect Greg thought he was ‘too good’ for that level and a younger academy lad taking his place has made him bitter.

Just now, redsquirrel said:didnt nahki wells spend a great deal of time with them?
Says a lot about his quality that Conway, Semenyo and now Bell have flourished playing alongside him.

No tin hat needed. I thought he decided to coast the last 25 minutes. We were 4-1 up he has a chance to run at the defence down the left wing and just stops before tamely losing possession. A minute later it's 4-2. He did exactly the same on the other wing a bit later. Open space ahead of him and a great chance to break forward before inexplicitly stopping and checking back. His injury came about because he only went in at 50%. 100% and he wins the challenge with a chance on goal.
Nige had a word with him after that second one - he turned back towards an area where we were actually outnumbered as a few players had moved forward and Birmingham weren’t tracking back.

Something very non league about Exeter’s 4th, a big punt down the pitch from the keeper and a header over a stranded keeper. Love it!
Got to love a goalkeeper assist

Decent point - really impressed with the back 3 tonight. Feels like something to build on.

A quick look at the table may make you think a win would have been better
A win is always better than a draw…but in context this was a good point

Very important to draw games where we aren’t playing well - as nige has said, we’ve lost too many we should have drawn. Good point today.

They’re shit. It’s not rocket science. Most refs are poor. Why do you think a premier league ref is doing a championship game? Most refs are shit, they don’t understand the game. Most of them have never played at a decent level.
Todays ref has been shunted down a level , because he’s no good.Or the EFL have requested a higher level ref due to potential intensity of the game - not uncommon

The problem is if the St John's crew are dealing with a supporter and then a player gets injured what do they do?
This was why games were being halted
Oh I agree, however I’m sure I read somewhere that this was the instruction. Not questioning the validity of stopping a game

Could be wrong, but have officials been instructed not to stop games this season? Hope the person involved recovers well. Horrible to see.

SSN says James unfit, did he injure himself last week. Big loss, made our midfield tick.
He was doing the media rounds for this game so must be a late injury if true

United are better without him in that starting 11 anyway
So true, just ask Fernandes! Suspect they will win at Chelsea at the weekend without him there

Bodies on the line, commitment, clinical - that’s up there in terms of away performances. Well done lads

Scott needs to remember it’s just James with him now

Be interesting to see how we play now…

Lots of road closures tomorrow due to the Bristol 10k / half marathon, so plan ahead if you’re driving in for the game.
