Evening B1ackbird and all. Feels like ages since I've watched any boxing, looking forward to this tonight. Hoping for a Degale win, I just can't bring myself to want any sort of success for Eubank, I can't think of a more unlikable British boxer.

Can't see Milller being anywhere near good enough to give AJ any problems, fancy an early stoppage and a lot of grumbling afterwards. Feel a bit sorry for AJ in the respect that some boxing "fans" have turned against him. Its not his fault Wilder's people have been messing him around and it's absolutely ridiculous to suggest he's scared of fighting anyone. Find it annoying that some people treat the sport like football in that you have to side with a team and hate everyone else. There's no reason to side with Fury or Joshua, just appreciate a rare time that we've probably got the two best heavyweights in the world. Hope they both keep winning until they eventually meet. What a fight that would be.

Lad who I went to school with did the same, he was captaining these massive things in the RAF at 26 and now flies Boeing 787 Dreamliners for BA. Must earn a fortune. We always knew he'd go on to do well, really clever, popular, captain of the school football team etc etc. Talented sod.

My Wycombe supporting mate was pleased with the result today. He's never liked them since they had a match abandoned several years ago. Rovers were leading 3-1 when the game was stopped, and they took it so badly that they appealed to the football league for the rearranged game to start in the 65th minute with the score at 3-1. Unsurprisingly their appeal failed and Wycombe won the rearranged match 2-0 Edit What was I thinking, of course you all remember this haha

I imagine he must be talking about the training grounds because the stadiums certainly don't compare. I actually wouldn't be surprised if their training facilities are better than ours were when he played for us, but we've made improvements in recent years.

True about it being 5 years too late, but Hearn reckons there's actually more money in the Brook fight, it'd certainly sell more tickets and do way more pay-per-views over here. It's up to Khan of course but he's had all his big fights over there and would have been good if he'd given the British boxing fans the fight they wanted before he retires.

That's got to be it now for Khan ever fighting Brook. What a shame it never happened.
