For a few weeks now I have had on my smartphone a digital ticket for Saturday 5th August. To play Preston North end. 

But today it's changed to Saturday 5th August Playing Birmingham City. 

What is going on 

Weren't we told many years ago they were the 4th or 5th riches club in the football league. Why then do they need to borrow money to build a stadium. Can't Wallys bank sort out an interest free loan. Or am I missing something here.
