Agreed and I think Lansdown sees English club rugby as a lemon currently. Clubs have scrapped male Academies but I dont think any would dare do likewise to their womens teams. Possibly underfund them but not cast adrift. Plenty of hype in the womens game so I suspect any buyer would take it on, but what they would do investment wise would be interesting.

Westerlo seem to have a fair few "grown up" players out on loan. Seems a funny model for what is a small club, as is the reported fee they paid for Mebude unless they are somehow turning profits on loans or have a very favourable transfer fee payment schedule with Man City.

Well it is obvious hes been sent out to play, but it might have been useful to hear why hes dropped out of reckoning to the extent that a loanee with barely Yeboahs senior experience is here. Didnt have to be Manning could have been one of his team.

Yeboah has played in the Champ this season, hence the heightened interest. If just a U18 or 21s I get your point entirely.
