How do they know what the demand for cheap or seats behind a goal are if they're always sold out?

    Feedback and discussions

Are you surprised that nobody is feeding back or discussing that they haven't bought a ticket for a game because the cheapest ticket or their preferred view from a goal isn't available?

    This.

It's the only reason why I'm considering buying in the Dolman. Just to secure season tickets for the future.

Who knows, maybe next season they won't sell new season tickets in the Dolman for example.

It might be worth calling the club and asking if you can move back to the seats you had at the beginning of this season in the South Stand (or nearby if they've been sold) - would you have moved to the Lansdown mid-season if you knew you wouldn't be able to move back at the end of the season?

If common sense allows those currently in the South Stand to move to another seat in the South Stand, it might be extended for your circumstances

Unless my Bristol city app is telling me porkies it's given me a notification and they are on general sale that's very odd. It literally did say there selling at record pace anyone else had a notification?

I also had the app notification this morning. Just looked again and the article *is* from 2023!

i actually hit the click here to cancel button after about 20 mins and it went through 🤷‍♂️ not sure if that's recommended though

Yeah, I was reluctant to do that but glad to hear it worked for you. I messaged supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk and slo@bcfc.co.uk and Jerry quickly confirmed the purchase so not as concerned now

booked mine but the website crashed. I do have the confirmation email although when I loaded the site back up it is is in my basket 'processing'

Similar thing has happened to me. I have a pending transaction on my credit card for the amount so guessing it's ok.

Thought I'd check my ticket history to see if it's listed but now every page 'warns' me that

    Warning!
Payment is still being processed. You are advised to return to the payment website and either complete or cancel the payment. OR you can cancel the entire transaction, however in this case there is some risk that the payment will still be processed.

Click here to cancel the transaction

  6. I've also just had a refund email with no reason but it's refunding my annual subscription!

I didn't watch the Leicester game so didn't experience the problem or complain but I'm guessing it's to do with this

Edit: Just checked my "Active Subscriptions" and it says I'm being refunded £3.75

Literally can’t get through on the phone at all to move my season ticket seats to sit next to my family who I sent the codes to ?‍♂️

Same, can't even get into the phone queue. I've given up trying and just bought myself another ticket as it's 'only' another £12.50

Sneering comments like this are just weird. Clearly that word is being used because it is synonymous with partisan and passionate support.

Nowhere have these lads claimed to be Napoli's Curva B.

Have they even referred to themselves as Ultras? I can't see anything in their IG/twitter referred to in the OP

Per @ExiledAjax under your account there is an "update billing details button" where you can change your payment method. Underneath that the "active supscriptions" are shown complete with renewal date (mine is 20 September 2022), renewal price (mine is £170 - anyone still getting the lower £140?) and the payment method (if you update the billing details, this should change).

Mine shows "Renewal of £140.00 due on 31 Jul 2022"

I wonder if you'll get the cheaper price if you cancel yours and re-subscribe
