However in public, if somebody is working for an organisation and filming you, you can request a copy under GDPR ie if a police officer / security guard turns on the body camera, they must inform you at the earliest opportunity so you can request a copy if required

You are in public and allowed to film what you can see. If you are working for a company, under GDPR the person you are filming can demand a copy from you
