I'm up at 0600 few days a week for hill sprints. Haven't done hill sprints for 4 years or so. One of the few benefits of this lockdown is finding my inner self again to pick up my fitness and health habits once more than which was very extreme.

In the US. I can get an mri tomorrow You would have to wait 12-16 weeks in the UK. I get injured tomorrow, I can immediately get into see a surgeon and get scheduled. Current wait time for orthopedic surgery in the UK is 4-6 months We have zero access to things like HRT & TRT. Our govt won’t financially support things like that It’s 3-4 week wait to see a freaking regular doctor in this country. Not so ridiculous...

Appalling? Pull your liberal head out your lady parts. It’s better than ours in a lot of ways.
