Hey ho …
Silver bloody lining.
I remember at Wembley v Stoke waiting for ‘ One for the Bristol City ‘ or ‘ Drink up thee Zider ‘ when they put this song on from nowhere.
It really was a WTF moment for me.My old man still moans about that to this day

1. Play 4 at the back and a extra man in midfield
2. Sign a midfielder who will go straight into the team
3. Get a striker on loan to replace Chris Martin - Needs a bit of pace to be able to turn the opposition. If he ain’t going to play Wells which for ever reason he won’t we are sorely lacking upfront (before any says it - Conway is not the answer)
4. Be prepared to play Wilson or Sykes as wide of a front three or just sign a winger on loan we need pace (Seymour will help when back)
And if we could get a decent left back who is over 5 10 (Maybe Pringle could do the job)
I understand money is tight but we need to use the loan system to just give the squad the balance it needs.
With the right additions we would half a decent squad.
Scott, Seymeyo, Wilson, Williams, Kalas, Bentley, Wiemann plus maybe 3 additions plus the squad players would surely give us enough to stay the right side of the top half this year.
There is little dead wood in the squad Nige has done a good job it’s just not enough coming in the other end.
I really like the idea of point 4. However what has happened to cam pring. He’s seemed to vanish?

Not seen the game. What did he actually do or not do?
In a nut shell he got subbed on and lasted 5 mins before being subbed off. Offered the usual very little in that time

Not having a pop at the young lad. But with wells very unlikely to start Saturday it baffles me why he was taken of. I think if wells had them chances we’d of been at least 1-0 up.
I think if O’Dowda hit the target at 0-0 the game would have changed in our favour

The Man City one was a disgrace - no way was that handball in a million years and the VAR reasoning for not overturning it was even more of a disgrace ...
agreed and especially when you see the West Ham one that wasn’t given after the player was kicked over. VAR is totally pointless

No. Course not FFS.
A knackered Wells was so much more useful as a focal point than COD. Could see the equaliser coming a mile off once that happened. Ball just kept coming back.
Totally agree and he’s still robbing a living but I’m sure we will all see a video on Instagram tomorrow of him doing something world class for 5 seconds to put him on the bench for next week but we will all never see him actually produce it In a match. Please get rid ASAP

Were Palmer and O’dowda really the subs to make in the closing stages of the game?
surely Pring and Bakinson would be better to close the game out? Just seemed like strange subs to me.Well said. He could have gone with stability but chose 2 players that were a huge gamble and nobody knows how they are going to turn up. Nice to see O’Dowda still robbing a living though incase people forgot

Freak result
Ur joking arnt u. Apart from the goal did we even manage a shot on target. Nobody even on half way line defending corners. No striker on the pitch late on. What Hav I missed. Would have been robbery to get a point. Forest were far better

Did we include an add on for International caps ?
Would be pointless as Swindon wouldn’t be able to afford it

You should not fall for that event. It's just another clever way of time wasting and delaying the restart of the match. Players are only allowed to leave the pitch during a match with the permission of the referee. Taking a corner, goal kick or throw in is not leaving the pitch.
Wow. I thought it was a nice touch. Would be happy seeing our players doing that to one of our fans if we scored

If we carry on playing like we are I think a week after the end of the season is too soon.
I swear they’ve only announced this to keep fans and clubs happy but really they all no that the season will be finished by then anyway.

Apparently 10k fans allowed back into stadiums. The bad news is tho the season finishes a week before that. Typical altho I’m sure we wouldn’t miss much given the latest within our beloved club. Onwards on upwards I suppose tho
