Gave in and renewed today -1 seat.

Moved over to the Dolman. Not ideal seats but it is what it is. Shame that it showed me seats available in the SS and there was some ideal seats.

Only reason I renewed was because of the scare stories of the season ticket cap nearly being reached so I wanted to secure seats for the future.

I've just done exactly the same with the same feelings. The last time I had a season ticket in the Dolman was when it was first built in 1970....£5 for a juvenile ticket!

Scored the winning goal vs Malmö FF, eurocup it was named then. 1-0, Forest.

Against our former keeper Jan Moller…probably the best keeper we ever had..he was a big ‘un with mahoosive hands and so mobile.

I’m pretty sure he made his home debut against us, we had a special train that day, needless to say we lost!!!

I believe you are correct…first million pound player and came on as substitute….and yes, we lost by a goal to nil. Proud to say I saw the first appearance of a million pound player in the uk.

Must have been some pretty ropey winners of Bristol born Player of the Year in the not too distant past.

Delighted for Belly though, really enjoyed watching him second half of the season.

Can't understand why Cam Pring hasn't won this. He's been probably our most consistent performer this season...probably because the club have him down as born in Cheltenham....but I know for a fact that he was born in Southmead hospital. Can't get more Bristol than that!

As a youth product yes, but he still came through our academy, so I am pretty sure he is regarded as one of ours, and an academy product, not a player we purchased from Cheltenham.

Add in the fact that he was born in Southmead hospital definitely makes him ‘one of our own’?

    Well this is a category!

Thought Cameron Pring would have been up for this...made 34 appearances to Ayman's 11....born in Southmead Hospital. Maybe the Senior Reds weren't aware as the club (and Wikipedia) show as born in Cheltenham.

I remember our coach in a grid locked car park when the ladies glided past. Gave us all an impromptu flash too...?

I was on the girls coach...we pulled up alongside a double decker full of City nutters, they all piled to the one side of the top deck to get an eye full. The decker leant over so much I thought it was gonna topple over! Incidentally, the girls were from Chaplins strip club.

    Wotton-Under-Edge.

Cameron does live in Wotton under Edge…but was actually born in Southmead hospital. The club profile says Cheltenham which is wrong ?. So most definitely ‘one of our own’ ?

This is bringing back some great old memories. Unfortunately, my memory now is not that great!

I can think of a couple of late night venues that I used to frequent but can't remember their names, so any input is appreciated.

First one was next to the Hippodrome, Denmark Street I think. Late drinks and ladies.

Second one was Prince Street, right next to the old Post Office.

    Both were brilliant.

It was Chaplins above and next to the Hippodrome...they moved there from Fairfax Street. As a matter of interest, the Fools and Horses scene with the blow up doll was filmed at the back entrance to the club!
