England deducted 19 points after slow over rate, Australia docked 10 points which obviously they're moaning about! This was after a mid series change to the rules lobbied for by......Australia!
TMS are like the kiss of death for any in form batsman. Twice they've said how well Crawley and then Root were doing and they're out next ball!
At 393? ?
Whatever happened to the kicking the ball away after a foul, could this be extended to throwing the ball away or running off after picking said ball up? The implementation of this rule, unless you're a city player, is patchy at best..
I see that Yorkshire have been deducted points as part of the racism scandal which dumps them at the bottom of division two. This would have had some meaning if they were to be relegated from division one but otherwise nothing else will happen. They're not going to be replaced by a minor counties side and I'm fairly certain that Headingley will still be acceptable as an international ground!
Again I'm being cynical but it will be down to the individual interpretation of the referee who can easily find fault with one team rather than the other as with our red cards last season and being chopped down without even a free kick awarded against the opposition,.
If Wolves were to be in trouble next year and couldn't/wouldn't come up with the deferred payment would any agreement become null and void or would lawyers become involved?
