We'd be relegated if it wasn't for deductions. Pearsons done a pretty poor job but I'm done calling for the managers head. The problem is right at the top
More interested in Bristol Sport and the expansion of the ground than the football.

In order to survive Championship next season. Believe we will have to sell Semenyo, Scott and Massengo to boost funding
Sadly looking that way the rebuild is going to be difficult.

From a penalty not given and a possible 2-2...
I think if an opponent pulled out a gun and shot one of our players we still wouldn't get a penalty.

Bents should not be getting beat by that, but the real problem is no pressure. We need another player on, like Massengo, to try and hold onto the ball.
Unsighted maybe?

Omari Patrick looked a handful for them very direct and powerful.

He was shocking, allowed their centre backs to foul Martin at every opportunity & gave them absolutely everything.
We had 2 penalty shouts but wouldn’t have been awarded one even if a defender had picked the ball up.
Officials were awful ball went out off their player for a corner, goal kick given.

They were scheduled in stay in Yorkshire overnight and travel back today, but traveled back overnight and are training this afternoon instead
Any defensive training today?
Basics I used to be a defender don't let the guy you are marking score simples.
Man marking know the shirt number of your opponent and stick to them like glue.

I thought the best line was the OP's Thread title, the players rewarding themselves with a day off having won at the weekend (needn't have said any more than that).
Like last season, Nige arrives, we win two games, we're safe and the players take the rest of the season off.
The only way to "manage" this squad is to get rid of the wasters and the easily satisfied/complacent, and bring in better, hungrier characters.
Just said something similar on another thread it's about desire, heart and passion if that's not there then bye.
-
Makes you wonder about the desire as the season is slowly and awfully coming to a close we need one more win maybe two but how can you be quality one game then a cart horse the next. Are a few of them looking over their shoulder thinking I don't want to injury myself if in the summer I'm getting the boot.

Nige looks like the job has aged him.

maybe the only reason we have got into a dark place financially is down to mismanagement by SL in the first place
Plus there will always be a buyer
He took his eye off the prize and let that poisonous **** loose on it.
Sorry old news but fact.

Everything just feels the same every season. It's so boringly predictable.
I don't like where the club has been going ever since that Wolves game, on and off the pitch. I think City have become the most stale club in the division
It seems that way makes you wonder where we go from here.

Ask Steve, he'll tell you.
Don't ask his son he is clueless

Let's see what Nige has to say about that.

Is Pearson asking too much of the players or are the players just not up to scratch, Is it the tactics or is it down to attitude who knows but this job is massive sorting out where we go from here.
