Well I don’t think anybody anywhere expected that to happen. One win in ten Crewe, turning around a two goal defecit against unstoppable eleven wins in twelve Doncaster. Extraordinary. Imagine not loving football …

Exactly, all those who say things like ' we shouldn't be losing to the likes of them' ! This is what makes football the game that we love.

Not sure I have seen it mentioned anywhere on here But Brian Tinnion was on the sober sports talk podcast and he was talking about pre season and that the Community game is pencilled in again and also that the last pre season game before the season season starts we have a foreign team coming over to play, he did not say who against or where it will played HPC or Ashton gate but something different to previous years.

Perhaps it's part of the deal with the foreign team we're getting our new forward from? Tongue in cheek but you never know

  3. Just renewed in upper Lansdown for myself,my son and grandson. Cost £822 for 23 matches for three people . Dividing that up equals £11-91 per person, per match. I know the 'entertainment' isn't always there but for under 12 quid a game ?  Pretty happy with that.

Not really an exodus but a funny story from an away game at Brentford.

Think we lost 3-2 or Drew 2-2. Mate went for a piss and missed our first goal, was too slow finishing a half time pint and missed our second goal.

Same friend missed Jon Stead’s goal at home to Coventry just after half time and had to leave early and missed Bolasie and Woods goals at the death. (how bleak were those times? Old useless players and next to no excitement)

Yes,that was not a team it was easy to love (Stead excepted). The 14/15 team was so lovable and you can love individual players from all eras. What I'm trying to say is.....love is strange

Great memories of the last home game of the season against Coventry. There were a good number of Flint said no T shirts. Happy days

Walsall 8-2 was the last home game, Coventry was the game we clinched the champion slot. It was a very poor game as well,it wasn't completely beer and skittles, sweetness and light, that season!!

Good example. A player at the time who was held in high regard and it looked like there was a good player in him. Now on loan at Burton.

And he did win us a penalty

It’s memories like this that make you realise just how few great moments we have as City fans.

That was a truly great evening, beating our local rivals after what had gone on earlier in the season, a comprehensive win and a general feeling that there would be no stopping us winning the league.

It just feels like days/evenings like that are very few and far between for us.

Days/evenings like these are rare for most supporters unless you live in Manchester or Liverpool. My son's first season ticket season was 97/98,I warned him 'its not usually like this, you know' !

Was merely quoting numerous other comments of that ilk on here this season - Max is perfectly fine for us doing a good job

As I've said before on these pages,do any of his critics ever look at other keepers in this and the prem? Obviously not from the idiotic comments

  9. Just three comments on the posts above from my opinion -Gallagher is not good enough to be an England regular, mind doesn't work quickly enough

Foden-great for Man City, still not enough end product for England

Stones was always prone to one mistake per game, but not now, solid.

    As I say,just my opinions
