We deserved that. Definitely the better side since the early wobbles.

Watching the goal replay, lovely sequence of passes

Fortuitous deflection but superbly taken. Welcome back TC

I’ve heard there’s a very strong possibility of him re-signing for us in the summer.
What are peoples opinion on this? Seems to have lost his way at Fulham and currently on loan at Nice (not getting much game time) Great player at this level and obviously knows the club. I’d welcome the signing as long as it doesn’t mean Pring’s sold or his development stifled.
Wage level and also, as you indicate, would it it not potentially stifle Pring who is developing into a very fine player indeed?

AW and outside the box!!!

Both sides look effective going forward. Surely there will be goals....

Out of interest, how have you sourced these clippings?
Do you have access to the british newspaper archive website or similar?

Wonderful performance.
Norwich struggled to produce a meaningful chance - credit to the defence
Only thing I would criticise would be Max's kicking could have been better.

Would have expected Cornick to score there.

On replay no pen

Really looking forward to seeing Mehmeti and what he can produce

Scott's skill earns another opponent yellow card. I wonder how many times that has happened this season?
-
Norwich defence under the cosh and looking nervous
-
Excellent pass from Pring for that goal. Superbly weighted.
-
Excellent tackle from Pring and impressive pace to boot
-
Excellent summary thanks and a very balanced and interesting report from the Norwich fan
2-2 and a very entertaining game

Top 10 would be just fine and a very encouraging step forward in readiness for next season.
37 points from 17 games would be a level of form between Burnley and Sheff Utd for the rest of the season.
As much as we would like it, surely that's rather too much of an ask for the current squad?

What superb skill from Scott in a tight space and the vision to pick Wells's excellent movement. Great cross and Sam Bell does the business.
Great skill all round.

Didn´t Tinnion say fairly recently something along the lines of "watch out for what´s coming from the academy, it´s going to be quite something"?

Thank you Bristol City.
I was fearing the kind of hat-trick that life sometimes throws at you today, having had two shitty events I really thought a third was going to unfold at AG this afternoon - how wrong was I.
So a bit of an explanation; yesterday we looked at a stunning house (for the second time) which I was completely blown away by and was keen to buy, however, Mrs Bean isn’t on the same page = end of.
The next shitty thing happened this morning, when I trucked up at Jersey airport supposedly en route to Venice for the week. At the BA check in desk I was told that I would not be able to enter Italy, as planned, due to the ‘ten year rule’ relating to passports, so I returned home.
My passport expires on 17 September 2023 and was issued on 16 April 2013. The member of BA staff at check in told me that the issue date must have at least three months beyond the date I was returning to the UK. This seemingly is the ‘ten year rule.’
When I revisited the gov.uk travel advice it states this:
If you are planning to travel to an EU country (except Ireland), or Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino or Vatican City, you must follow the Schengen area passport requirements.
Your passport must be:
- issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of issue’) my date of issue is 16 April 2013
- valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date) my expiry date is 17 September 2023
The link above to the Schengen area passport requirements says this:
If you are a non-EU national wishing to visit or travel within the EU, you will need a passport:
- valid for at least 3 months after the date you intend to leave the EU country you are visiting
- which was issued within the previous 10 years
I still believe that my current passport is valid and falls within this criteria.
Having made arrangements to take a week off work for this trip and my wife having taken a week off to care for our children you can imagine this has caused significant disruption and disappointment.
So, I was really thinking bad things come in threes, City getting beaten will be the third. Totally delighted how wrong I was. Excellent performance, especially chuffed for Sam and Scotty and the entire team, who to a man, played very well.
Hope the above bit about passports will be useful to others who are unaware of this little known bit of unknown ‘since we left the EU nonsense’.
Who needs to move house or go to Venice when City turn in a performance like that! You Reds
Sorry about Venice it is a beautiful place - want to return
