Snakes and Rubbish for all his usual posts, the guy swallows his pride and posts this message. Big kudos in my opinion.
Nope I don't buy it...and he had to still comment that LJ was going , he hopes.

Good to see. As someone who gives you plenty of stick on here - fair play.
What else could he say...seriously?

Maybe, but I doubt the offers would be in the region you're suggesting for an almost 25 year old with 4 month very impressive spell in a 6-7 season career.
He's got to prove it's not a freak run - if he carries on scoring regularly ( say 16-18 this season) and carries on with a few next August, then we may well see a big offer at the end of that window.
I doubt any club would risk it before then, but this is football and there are desperate clubs with masses of cash around, so you never know.
Interesting to see how City value him - I'm assuming the offers LJ said we received in August were not very big.
As i said before, can't see how his form can dip with his new role, only if his energy levels dip, and that's not going to happen, he can only get better imo.

A rumour (that I've just made up), is that Rovers are going to start charging fans to use the toilets.
Rovers fans are OUTRAGED.
Wally has been quoted as saying 'it's about time fans understood how difficult it is having to go in to football without spending a penny'.
Wow, what a wind up, must go down as classic toilet humour...well done.

Why is this thread shrinking.
Probably because the only decent debate has been removed, some couldn't handle it because they couldn't cope with someone actually responding...didn't take long for all the pettiness to show again, what's the topic Gnomes? Lee's height, and plastic chairs, is it any wonder we are considered footballs push overs?

That was tough, a very good point, keeps them at arms length.

Soooo who are we supporting to-day OTIB?

This is different from most other relegation seasons in the fact that we were in such a fantastic situation after the money received from Kodjia and the redeveloped stadium only to have our hopes so cruelly dashed.
SL is so stubborn that he can't or won't see that Johnson is NOT a fine up and coming coach ,he is a shot bolt .
LANSDOWN MAN UP AND PUT ALL OF US OUT OF OUR MISERY , LJ included .
This is the biggest shambles of a season ever .
Lansdown is part of the problem, in fact he is the problem,. his call.

Sorry, I certainly didn't mean to come across as stroppy or defensive, I just meant that nothing really happened. It was an awful game, that Coventry deserved to win, but apart from that bit , yes we had a good day thanks. We went to that canalside pub the Greyhound, lovely spot for a drink and some food, pleasant stroll to the ground, then it all went horribly wrong!
Class reply, some on here would do well to take a leaf out of your book, to be fair to Rovers you have emerged from the dark days with some merit, and still pushing to the Championship, although I reckon this defeat is going to make it very hard now.

Fully expecting a scrappy 1 0 loss in the 86th, all but confirming a Bristol derby next year. Depressing.
How on Earth can you be depressed from a made up scenario?
But you were right about the timing of the goal, sorry about that, ruined your day?

Newcastle Fans on RB just now, when asked what do you think of Bristol City, all laughed! So we are already a laughing stock, thanks to our talented coach, Good God!
I would like to say who lasts last etc....but somehow I can see the joke.

If we lose today, I just pray the usual crowd don't all descend on LJ again and the forum doesn't become a massive outpouring of hatred towards Lee.
If we lose, then we have to take it on the chin and prepare properly for Leeds.
Prepare to lose.

No how you feel, it was must win and we did, but along with the other results I feel a bit deflated, but Djuric scores and Taylor was a steal,.

Next loss?? We have list one in eight, add to that beating Watford away and 'muff I can't see why he had to wait this long to give LJ some credit, like I said he was embarrassed and he tried to save face, nope, not buying it, if anything it makes him look worse. He could have lambasted our defence at least, Flint in particular, after all who picks the team?
