  1. Just got back from the Panto at the Hippodrome. Cinders lived at 'Hardup Hall' complete with a crest above the door of the famous blue and white quarters. Very topical.

When the ugly sisters came on with City and rovers bags the eternally popular gas definately got the biggest boo and city the biggest cheer.

"Oh yes they did" before Miah says "oh no they didn't"

Happy New Year to everyone on here!

    More Sag comedy.....:

Not quite what you expect I'm afraid. A moan about those ruddy pidgeons that sit above us in the West Stand near the players entrance. Quite a number of us have had to suffer being targets for these birds which might be considered funny. However when you are splattered might a case of health be considered. Clearly some form of netting to prevent them perching would help. I have contacted the club a week ago. They responded they would get back to me but heard nothing since.
Trivial attachment I know and now waiting for the comedians to respond.

Maybe they could use the net from the goal they're 'attacking'..... Dosn't seem to get much use these days!!!

Just checked out the guy's wiki page, we have something in common.....

Mensah is eligible to play for Ghana or England but has yet to represent either country at any level.

Other than the fact I'm not eligible to represent Ghana, I'm yet to represent England either.

    Welcome to hell, Bernard.

Not the same Bernard Mensah. This one is more their level with experience at Barnet, Braintree and Aldershot but why would the Sags let the truth get in the way. Some will still insist it's the one who played for Athletico Madrid. Mind you, he was probably told that the team he saw beating Man Utd and playing well at Man City were in actual fact Rovers playing in their away kit. Wait til the realization dawns when he meets that Ragbag team and the even more Ragbag Sags.......

There is absolutely no way on earth bath will move to bristol. That doesn't mean that I doubt the gas have approached them though. They will try anything

As a regular traveler on the train from Wiltshire to City games i can vouch one of the biggest draws for Bath Rugby is the location. Often the train is packed with their supporters who have obviously made good use of the local hostelries with no need to drive. Even the bus from UWE to the centre of Bristol could become a major problem trying to 'hold on' if you've had a few. It would kill their unique club.

Welsh sag flags too, I know that some of our fans are welsh, but I’d be pissed to see a City welsh flag!

Noticed flag there before but last time said 'Cwmbran Gas'. Both hung wrong way. Welsh flag has Dragon facing left when you look at it. Maybe they turn it  facing away fans in case it gets punched by the sags..................
