I found this from an Ipswich podcast online. Talks about his career (mostly about Ipswich for obvious reasons) but also covers that movie and his time with us (safe to say he didn’t think much of Denis Smith) i didn’t realise he stayed in the area for around 30 years

Other than them going into towards section 82 and having tinnions son with them (no idea how that was relevant) it was no different to others events they’ve done since starting the former players such as the stars of the 60’s one I see it more as reconnecting with the past which is long overdue rather than celebrating a good result 30 years ago

Kinda ironic given Risdale almost bankrupted Leeds

I’ve seen some on twitter have had issues presumably because they either did split ticketing or booked using the train line With split ticketing obviously you’re taking a risk but with train line people don’t realise they add their own fees and charges (including for delay repay) which booking direct with the operator doesn’t do

Flooding is on the diversion route due to be used tomorrow Also I’d never trust what trainline says, they try to sell tickets for trains that don’t exist.
-
The point being that as things stand there’s no route open tomorrow between Bristol and London unless either the flooding subsides or the engineering work is cancelled
-
Line between Westbury and Reading is still closed today, with the line between Swindon and Reading due to be closed for engineering work tomorrow some decisions might need to be taken later on today

What’s even more absurd is Sundays game will have VAR but if it goes to a replay there won’t be

I don’t understand the whining about newcastles allocation given it’s the tournament rules, I’m sure if they’d been drawn away they’d be demanding that -

Zola mark two, not that anyone’s surprised -
If there’s engineering works then there should be rail replacement buses operating. Although they are vulnerable to the shortage of bus and coach drivers currently

It appears most of the Lizzy line service serving Stratford start from Paddington that day. Your original plan would still work you’d just need to change at Paddington If you’d like more train information check out realtime trains As for driving, I’ve driven Bristol to that part of east London more times than I care to remember, the quickest route is via the M25, M11 and A13 and can easily take 90 minutes from when you turn onto the M25 and that’s with a clear run

what would you pay for a direct train to west Ham

Bus 205 goes from Paddington to Bow Church via most mainline terminus north of the river. From there the DLR is one stop to pudding mill lane which is the closest station to the away end
