Sorry, but how are you holding them to account by posting on an internet forum? They will never accept what they did was wrong - certainly not publicly. They can do/say what the hell they like and have done for years. I do get the frustration, but after 3 months surely it should have subsided a bit. Repeating it all over and over is getting tedious
