  1. That's what done it for me. It's not just about sacking a guy. It's the way he's done it. The setting him up to fail, giving impossible expectations. Going and talking with other managers weeks before stabbing him in the back then leaving him out to dry. It's disgraceful, unprofessional and frankly vile. That is no way to treat somebody. Especially somebody that's trying there arse off to deliver under impossible circumstances. On top of everything else. This I won't forgive or forget.
  2. Well, I think the feeling is fairly mutual now tbh. If he doesn't have the bollocks to own his decisions that's on him, he'd only be spouting utter shite anyway. He just needs to be a bit sharpish in selling up now.
  3. An utter and total bunch of cowards. Sums up the clown show. They need to get the hell out of the club. Cannot even own their own decisions.
  4. Yeah that last point has always made me uneasy and should of sent alarm bells ringing at the type of ego were dealing with. I mean can you imagine that happening at virtually any other club? An owner that has overseen nothing but pure mediocrity and at times failure in football terms, getting away with naming a stand after himself. Just bizarre.
  5. Yeah, wrong word used. I totally get the effects it had.
  6. You shouldn't. Pieced together his farcical managerial choices absolutely make sense. Tinnion,Millen,Johnson,Holden. Neither of these should of been appointed. 3 of the 4 had virtually zero managerial experience. I wonder why that is.... Then look at some of those with experience. Coppell = left after 2 games. Rumoured he wasn't happy with James being signed. Cotteill = not lansdowns choice, brought in to steady the ship. Wasn't backed when we went up, was critical. Given the boot at the first opportunity. Pearson = was fairly obvious both Lansdowns were uneasy with the appointment in the first place. Never particularly backed under the guise of Covid. Became critical. Sacked. That leaves the likes of Johnson snr, who was successful, a rare time owner and fans were on board. And Mcinness and SOD. Well the latter always seemed miserable.
  7. I suspect that is because Steve has employed only those that will never argue against him.... Something that evidence suggests he tries and tries with the manager too. Which is why we will never go anywhere while he is owner. Ever.
  8. I read this article earlier and I absolutely picked up on the Tinnion mention, and it makes me feel very uneasy. Has he gone to far again? I wouldn't of imagined he'd make the same mistake he made with the Wilson situation but....
  9. How many on their are an actual upgrade on Pearson? Also. Judging by Jon's comments on his sacking, I'd expect top 6 minimum now as a remit for the job surely? It has to be that or face the sack, no exceptions. That's the bar that's been laid by the clowns.

    The Return

Well. If our two precious little clowns cant have anybody in the club speaking out of turn. I think we all need to be more outspoken....

    The Return

Yes. This brings my sheer disdain for the two clowns even higher. That reeks of backstabby unprofessionalism. And to think Rowett is an improvement over Pearson? Utter braindead *******
  12. There isn't a chance in hell we will make the right appointment. Steve Lansdown cannot stand having somebody in charge of team affairs that's in control. History has repeatedly shown this. We will always be going nowhere fast while he owns the club. His ego is to big and to fragile to allow this. But. What I do expect now. Is the same farcical harsh remit given to our next manager that Pearson was given. Ie top 6. Regardless of circumstances. Lansdown has laid down the marker now. This will show if what's happened now is purely a football decision or not....funnily enough, I suspect its not.
  13. Don't forget about Coppell too. Who walked after two games. We will never progress while he have a clown running the club.
  14. It's strong stuff but it's how I feel. The evidence is there, and has been for years for me.
  15. ?? Difference being that was pur first year in the championship under Cotterill. After he gave us one of our best seasons in recent memory. If not the best. The similarities are he was also not backed sufficiently.
  16. I don't particularly love Pearson. He can grate my gears at times. But I can appreciate a determined and honest guy trying to do his best. Which he did. And I can recognise a disgraceful way which you can treat somebody. And this is absolutely disgraceful. I can also recognise an egomaniac narcissist when I see one. And Steve Lansdown is this. He will always inevitably be a detriment to the football club because of his immaturity to handle competent good managers.
  17. Absolutely a big thanks for the dedication of trying to turn our club around. Especially when you have the owners against you doing all they can to make it impossible. I hope he gets a job soon. One where he is respected alot more then the clowns running our club gave.
  18. I wouldnt be surprised to see a whole raft of new signings in January now Pearson is gone. They did the same to Cotterill. The problem is, having a competent manager. And that is a problem. Because we know by repeated history that Lansdown can only handle incompetent managers that strokes his ego
  19. Yep. The timing of this shows its not a footballing decision. It shows them panicking we may start winning so they'd lose there chance to sack him. Something they've wanted for a long while.
  20. There just needs to be continuous pressure now for them to sell up. Let the feelings of the utter clowns be known constantly. This isn't even just about sacking a good manager. For me it's sacking somebody because he doesn't like him. It's setting somebody up to fail on purpose. That is a detriment to the club. It also shows very unsavoury personality traits. They are putting there egos ahead of what is best for the club. We also suspected for a long time Lansdown has a huge ego that constantly needs stroking. This absolutely confirms it. I want them to sell up. And want them to let us know the club is actively for sale.
  21. Would say im shocked. But im not. Would say it's a scandal. It is This is a disgrace. We have a clown as an owner. One that cares more about his ego then the club. He has set Pearson up to fail because he doesn't like him. It's a disgrace. We need to make our feelings clear to these little dictators. He needs to sell up. A total narcissistic clown.
  22. Jamie Mcallister next manager...
  23. Yep. Pearson was clearly kept in the dark over the summer imo. He was led to believe we would try to keep him, when in reality SL was always looking to sell.
  24. Was always uncomfortable with that. It just shows such ego.
  25. To be expected with the squad we have. Hugely bitter pill to swallow losing to Ashtons Ipswich followed by Cardiff.
