  1. I think they will just be mid table again, if they dont sign a striker today they are in trouble though, they had 18 shots against peterborough's 6.. serious trouble if they dont get in a striker i agree!
  2. A lot of gasheads I work with are laughing at the fact they got a fee for Harrison, said he wasn’t prolific at all, I don’t think he’s anywhere near there best player
  3. Yeah I hope they prove to be great signings but at this stage I’m not thrilled. There all comfortable championship players but not ones I can see challenging for top end. Weimann has never impressed me, all fart no poo when I’ve seen him, Lampard wouldn’t of let him go if he thought he had enough to get them promotion.
  4. Let’s be honest, we can’t be thrilled with our transfers. Reid gone, journeymen Weimann in. Flint gone, promising youngster Webster in. Magnússon gone to play champions league, jack hunt (calamity as my brother who is a Wednesday fan says) in... eisa, promising but didn’t anyone say John akinde part 2. to say we’re stronger this year would be criminal.
  5. Think its a bit of a modern day problem in english football... I was watching tottenham the other day and a fan emerged with two buckets of popcorn, that is everything thats wrong with english football
  6. I don't know, I see it regularly on the oppositions forum, I also never hear manager that come to the gate comment on the atmosphere and say its a hard place to go.. i think it may be a problem with modern stadiums more so
  7. We need to improve the atmosphere at the gate, im getting sick and tired of away fans coming to the gate and saying "rovers made more noise" even at there sh*t shed
  8. We still had a higher capacity than our average attendance, our ground was still better than there shithole even with it being a construction site, if they get a new stadium like us and that’s a big if expect there attendances to rocket you would be surprised how many old ladies and a gentleman just don’t like the idea of standing up on a cold farm all day haha
  9. Okay so In the season 2014/15 season we were champions of league 1 and averaged 12k, that’s not that much more than they are averaging to be fair, and if you take into account the awful facilities available to sag fans, where as we have always had a pretty decent stadium. Let’s not sugar coat things to much, they like us do have a big fan base.
  10. What was our attendances like when we were mid table league one? Was a while back I know but does anyone have a link?
  11. To be fair to the blue few, they have moved forward, not at a fast pace as the saga thought but still with the new owners they seem to think the following, which wouldn’t of happened with old owners, based on facts. No new signings. No top players signing improved contracts. No development squad. No darrell clarke. No chris hargreaves. No league 1 football. No new toilets and club shop. No exciting training ground development. No football loving mad rovers fan co-owner No safe protection from insolvency No real hope of a prosperous future. No prospect of a redeveloped mem near the fantastic gloucester road.
