Does anyone need mates rates tickets as have got 2x 2 lots of them …

On the discussion of how many fans they’ll give, I noticed man United vs reading the other night there was just over 3k reading fans there - which as a % of the stadium capacity is tiny -75k I think .. I wonder how they figure it out and agree . I’d love them to give as few as possible and have as many fans behind atyeo as possible in red and white ..

Given he’s cup tied, might we announce it at half time tomorrow?

Put your hands up if you had £20 on Mark Sykes to score two or more at 170/1
Come on City. Don’t **** it up now
Good on you … that’s a brilliant wedge of cash to do something big with

Thought that was a decent attendance today . Also thought it was sensible they closed the upper lansdown to use resources elsewhere … although they made zero impact in the away end where it seemed you could do whatever you want today if you were a Swansea fan

The stewarding of the away fans is simply dire . They’ve let them stand in the aisles then a group of swansean fans came in and moved the black mesh . Stewards barely moved

Completely agree - was a good tribute and nicely carried out.

Another couple of know it all whiners on RB again Nigel Whittle and Paul Binning
What is it with our fans who love the sound of their own voice , and think we do too
To be fair one was worse than the other .. I thought Geoff corrected one of them a couple of times which made me laugh..
the comments about right backs was funny as in we’ve got loads yet we don’t play any - as Geoff said - one is suspended and one is injured ..

Imagine if Lincoln get a big club in the next round - how p1ssed off would you be if you were SL ..

All the best mate - keep battling

The whole squad when they came out went straight over to a lad in the corner by S82 , who was sat in the enclosure at the front , obviously his birthday . Some of the team climbed over , gave him a signed shirt and a card then all had his picture taken with him .
really nice touch.

The reading commentator we’re listening to is seriously annoying ..

I reckon you might have came in and stood behind me second half, back of the lower block?
I got stuck in that too but luckily made it in time. No idea what caused it, traffic flow management because the road by the ground is closer for the game I assume?!
Yep that’ll be us . Was so worried we’d jinx it that performance ..

A good response after Saturday's shambles. Felt very comfortable in the 2nd half, we maintained excellent discipline.
Sykes, Vyner, James, Naismith were fantastic tonight
naismith was anonymous for me

Well that was the worse football traffic ever , we got in there at half time .. but if that is what we have to do to win a game then I’ll take it !
so pleased for that result - you sensed the relief from everyone - plus a clean sheet . What’s not too like ..- 2

A lot of wide open spaces on the terraces (as well as in the sag defence). How many loyal and true rocked up today? Can`t find it on the BBC site.
8078 to be exact

Unfortunate with 2 hard away games and them having an extra days rest.
Thought we looked better earlier in the game when we pressed high man for man, when we dropped off and just let them play from the back and dictate the game, they looked much better.
Completely agree . Bringing Williams on for Scott slowed that down and they dominated possession.. think massengo could have been a better option of taking Scott off . Ah well- only a 4-5 hour journey back ..

Went to the game.
Great memories of a great day out.
Martin Scott was a great player and up there with best full backs we have had.
Also Junior Bent one of my favourite City players.
Remember Jackie playing and everyone doing the ‘Jackanoski’
We were all packed in at the side of pitch.
Allison got the winner if I recall.
I taped it and watched about 3 times on the trot when I got home.
Also coming out to all the Derby fans wishing us all the best for the season with everything they could pick up and throw at us.
The Good old ‘Away’ days…
I was there also. My first ever away game going on CATS as a 16 year old. Still remember their fans getting so so so wound up - as we left the game , like you say , they started throwing stones / coins etc and the police ignored it despite knowing it was happening . I remember a young girl being hit with something . . My first ever experience of that .. probably one of the worse also .. I’ve hated derby ever since that game ..
