Referees used to indicate on the shorts where is ok and what is a foul at the start of a bout.

Weather it was low or not doesn't matter as the ref is the only arbiter and he said it was.

Frank won't get the result overturned in fact he'd do very well to get a rematch.

What really annoyed me was every time Usyk got hit to the body after that he complained that it was low....
