I find that quite sad. Not the yet another example of gaslogic, as long as we lose, that hides their own abject failings, but the fact he lied about using a phone. We all know the cretinous moron would need his carer to peel him off the window and make the call for him/her/it.
they don't lick windows anymore they headbutt them instead

2 days before the final their ticket sales finished up at 26k.
Most of the top tier was unsold where there’s room for 20k fans from each club. There were plenty of tickets available right until the match so they wouldn’t have been given any tickets in areas unsold by Grimsby fans....there was just no demand for it. Therefore, given the fact that over half the top tier (Rovers end) was unsold there was no way they could’ve had 30k there, let alone 30k+. The figures don’t add up and pictures of the day show this.
With POTD it looks like they had around 28k there.
and theres some including their owner that think they took over 40,000 ,what a weird little club they are

Some of the loyal and true still seem to think they took 30k+ to their Non League Final, FFS get over it, was NON LEAGUE!!!
Then again apparently it was the best thing to ever happen to them wasn’t it
don't know if it was the best thing but it was definitely the funniest

Overrated manchild.
”listen right, at the end of the day right, me fans right, me fans...listen yeah, me fans yeah, it’s my fault you know, I pick the team yeah, listen right....”
Berk.
I was gutted they got rid of him, not only was he taking them down but he was probably pissing the owners off big time as well.
surprised he got away with it as long as he did..

Well you would of thought so, but according to a Fewer.......
It's almost worth suffering these years below them just knowing we'll always have this over them.
Such a weird fanbase, there really is no-one like them
strange bunch

The folks who wrote it fell out massively with the hierarchy at the club to the point where they stopped supporting the club. Now support AFC Wimbledon.

I wasn't planning on going out that night but thought I'd go to a couple of pubs to do a bit of Gas baiting but the buggers were nowhere to be seen
They don't like it up 'em.
ha ha funnily enough I saw loads out pre match with their stupid old retro everton tops on ,and yet just a few hours later hey presto they all disappeared .

Some ugly scenes after the final whistle saw police horses come on the pitch to deal with angry Rovers supporters, who vented their fury at relegation.

Looking back at how easy we won, home and away in league 1, I thought I'd look at crowds in the lower leagues.
Results and crowds are listed alphabetically and you have to go all the way down to 'S' for Shrewsbury to find a crowd below 10,000 on Saturday
Tiny rovers had only 8,000--what a joke club, yet I hear they take 10,000 to every away game? They really are tiny aren't they
tiny Rovers that's actually a good name for them bunch of weirdos.

The foil was for the Man City game. City showing its environmental credentials.
My mistake ,we knocked out so many premier league teams last season its all become a bit of a blur.

I got grief from a Rovers supporting family member the other day, and the insult was ‘enjoy waving tin foil in your rugby stadium’, the irony!
I was going to make a joke about them smoking crack ,but id better not .
