When did that ever come into commercial concerns? If it means they can sell more franchises in high Muslim area's which is what I expect is behind the thinking, I don't think its right but they are a profit machine. I give it 12 months before the number of halal numbers drop and new ones open. Out of interest ever go to a halal curry house and demand pork chops? They are just changing their offerings.

  7. couldn't care less who fund's him his ability to give a honest answer is all that matters. Clegg twisted, misquoted, was indirect and was depressingly dishonest.
  8. I think the lib dems pro eu stance is untenable not having any control on immigration is starting to grate. You might find that a funny position from a man who married an African national but the knock on effect of open eu is a closing down of and increased complexity around my wife's status. Its bizarre we have a very almost professional abuse from the Indians and Pakistanis completely open with the eu and nearly impossible with the rest of the world.
  9. Hummus maybe, I am more right than left leaning, sometimes I lean left, somtimes right, depends what the topic is, I voted Conservative until David Cameron arrived, and I have voted LibDem and was nurtured Labour. I dont really want to vote for any of the main parties at the moment, the breed of politician we have at the moment makes me want to cut myself.
  10. I prefer Paul Nuttall over Nigel, he's a much better speaker and gets to the nitty gritty better he's held his own vs the big 2 many times. I'll vote for UKIP in the EU elections but not general they are still fleshing out what they stand for, at the moment I'm a floater all I know is I wont be voting for Labour.
  11. no assassins, just the EU were happy to engage with Ukraine on the run up to civil unrest. The EU president was trying and other EU counties were actively trying to get Ukraine to speed up its integration with the EU dispite the west of the country being 50\50 split and the Crimea being 70% anti the idea... Then the pro EU people a minority started protesting and we know how that escalated. Eventually the president went loopy was over thrown by a pro EU minority and then ... Russia annexed the pro Russian Crimea.
  12. That's not what I said, the EU didn't do anything to help the situation, only provoke it. What's it done now that Putin has bitten it in the balls, flapped itsd arms huffed and puffed a little leaving Ukraine with its cock in its hand. So to speak.
  13. None, I don't thing Russia is right to annex the Crimea, but what the EU did was to help create a the either or situation in the first place.
  14. Yeah so why poke him with a stick we all know what he is.
  15. I don't know the EU was largley self serving in its engament with Ukraine. Not that I think he's right but its not clear cut.
  16. Nicks credability has to have been damaged the 3 million jobs figure is widely regarded as inaccurate old and he repeatedly used it out of context. Then he repeatedly used the arrest warrant as a good thing when most liberals don't like it and would prefer a return to individual arrangements. The 7% figure is based on total law volume not new laws being made, so if people bother to look that up will also make him look an ass. The most conservative figure I have seen is about 15.5% from the lse but even they admit it can be up to 80% when you look at it from different perspectives. You also have to consider that the largest volume of new laws from the EU came in the 80's & 90's and then a big chunk after the new treaty to it depends on time frame as well.
