Can't help themselves the more they bombard you with texts emails etc the more you feel guilty for not renewing. That's what there hoping anyway.

18.5k is a good number but we should be doing better than we have been but again that comes down to the owners and the entertainment on offer we have done well over the years to increase the total but the figure of 18.5k plus we really should striving for.
