For me all he needed was that first goal that one chance which nearly come his way and he had a couple,I always felt something was going to happen when he came on the lad was determined putting in challenges closing down getting in some good positions but it did come down to experience at times when to make that run and positioning but he definitely give defenders something to think about. Yes and that certain technical director is unprofessional in doing so. He has this thing about trying to make himself look good by putting things out there you just don't do it.

Anis didn't play so much under Pearson because he wasn't ready if you look at man city certain players join and don't start regular up until a year that's so players can adapt to what the manager wants the player learning and improving etc It's man management with Manning he's played him regular ok a few glimpses of the what we can expect but over all his game needs improving and he's getting frustrated.

If kings got half the man management skills that Pearson's got then yes King will do well. I think you should ask the players what they think of king and I'm pretty sure they will back him 100% going by what players have said about him in training and around the club etc. if Pearson thinks he has the qualities then that's good enough reference for me. Might not be his primary role but to have his first conversation this week is incredible if that was me I would of had my first conversation with all players one to one ages ago, When he first stepped through the door. It does come across it's all training based and not one to one management. Pearson was first class at it look at klopp at Liverpool you can't say to me he doesn't have conversations with the younger players there. Nothing to do with primary role you still have to build trust with all players.

The last part of your post I've always questioned and spotted in these videos, I do wonder if these players actually warm up properly or do the exercises/routines as they should and if each individual is being watched on how they do these or maybe it's just a case of are the players to fit? Maybe a stupid question but sometimes muscles can be put under alot of pressure especially nowadays with sports science and modern pitches.

Looks like surface rust on the steel beams In the south stand even the top of atyeo looks dirty was only saying this at the weekend. It will need regular maintenance because of where the stadium sits next to river traffic trees it all adds up even the wildlife and doesn't help it's all white shows up more than ever.
