Ryley is making a big impression on loan, and getting great reviews.  Might it be wise to bring him back in January to bolster our options, or is it better that he remains where he is to gain even more experience?   Although he is getting very complimentary feedback.......  it is however to be remembered,  that it is League 2?

Probs best not to rush him, maybe league 1 next season?

That doesn't wash with me. When I lived in south-west London I watched Wimbledon a few times, Plough Lane was a 10-minute walk, but I'd never call myself a Wimbledon fan. I remained a City fan and still attended the Gate on a season, and supported City when we played in London.

Same when i lived in Aberystwyth watching them play in the welsh prem, always still a city fan.

Mind you BB doesn't strike me as a hardcore football fan, maybe follows qpr casually.

  3. Probably a pointless post but perhaps some people can help settle a pub discussion.

Who had played for us with with the first name John this side of the century...???

All we have are akinde, stead and (jonathan) kodjia, i feel there has to be more, probably missimg some obvious ones

    Any contributions??

  4. I had it crash a bunch of times, only for me to accidently close the tab when i was nearly done with the damn survey (since going back and forth between tabs unfroze it) and erased everything and had to start again, okay partly my fault but an unfreezing survey would be something i'd strongly be in favour of...didn't bother redoing it

All experienced managers with proven success pass their sell-by dates at some stage.  Clearly Cardiff City felt that Mick McCarthy had passed his, even though his record last season was outstanding.  Pearson, on the other hand, had a dreadful start and his team have only shown limited improvement this season.  The question is at what point you decide that change is needed to avoid the unthinkable relegation.  I believe we have a squad that can stay up, but someone needs to get the best out of them and Pearson sure as hell isn’t at the moment.  If we pick up fewer than four points against Barnsley, Birmingham and Coventry, for instance, do we still do nothing?  Will someone please tell me what Pearson is actually doing at the moment that instils such faith in people?

If we do sack pearson where will we go from there? Are there any candidates in mind? I know things arent great but i think pearson deserves at least a full season...unless perhaps we're in bottom 3. I'd hate us to be one of those teams that constantly recycle the managers position and get through like 5 managers in 3 seasons.
