If we survive this season which most agree we will. How we are going to fare next season. Unless we clear  Wells and Palmer and buy really well then it will be another massive struggle. And I don't like to say it but I am not sure if Pearson is up to it.

So far he's blooded a lot of youngsters, yes there will be bumps in the road and he will be able to add the odd bit of quality if we sell a player. In my eyes he's doing it right, how many players have we signed in the past which we barely used OR did and they were dreadful?? He doesn't even bother with these signings, which is great!

You can see even today we are doing better so until I'm thinking Pearson's not up to it, why even question it?

Have we improved? Are we having more chances? Are we in more of these games in general?

Let's be honest, we are in a bad place financially and I'm sure we all would love to change players etc however I can not see what quality would be added by getting rid of Pearson. He's dealing with a work in progress. If we got rid of him, there's also the issue whoever you replace him with wanting their own players/staff etc. Which we can not afford, I'm happy with Pearson but for anyone saying different well to put it bluntly you are stuck with him. Best to get on board and try and enjoy the ride!

  2. I still see progress, yes we lost by a lot however go back to last season if we played Fulham in this form we would of been battered!

All we need is patience, I think what we are building will turn into something spectacular.

FFP means additions won't really be coming in. Please correct me but how many of you would of been nervous at the likes of Pring, Scott starting in the line up? They've really played well at times this season. Yes we lost but didn't we all ask for entertaining football? We scored twice against a team with a ridiculous goal difference!

    Still glass half full!

  3. Disappointed 100%, however this game first half especially we played well. That ref had an absolute shocker. It's amazing how many times we get kicked back down by this kind of thing. I hope we keep similar play style Sunday. Tonight looked like a team of people who give a s*** and will fight even when the luck isn't in our corner. More performances like today and we will do okay(minus the senseless red)

  5. Personally, I think they should use the international break. Take them out of Bristol and get this team work built on. Don't take them anywhere nice just do old school fitness and training. Take away the fancy training facility, make them work and build the team mentality. Every game, there's too many individuals and not working as a team.

Just an idea but the time they had in Loughborough or wherever it was seemed to do a trick even if it lasted only a few games.

  6. Can we do this again every time we need to grind out a result? (Not expecting if we are 3-0 up/or down)

Hell, we all know it's going to be a battle every game, but let's do it again and again and again. If it gets us home wins. Our home record can be helped by all of us and damn did it feel like we all earnt the final whistle.
