  1. My understanding is she has never moved here even before covid (so not committed as a family to Bristol), with now having a baby Nagy's got no chance of settling in Bristol and keeping is head straight for football.
  2. Not worried about Kalas & Nagy going which will hopefully fund some new players Despite his good form in the Euros, Kalas was poor for us last season and not a captain I like Nagy, but the problem with foreign players is they can become homesick and not settle, to have his family in Hungary shows lack of commitment to the club and needs to jog on
  3. Oh no, he goes starting the speculation ville have tabled a big money bid
  4. Do think once he starts finding the net will score loads as can hit the ball well with both feet, so could be worth very good money one day
  5. They stoop to anything to try and beat us, bugger they won the sack race
  6. If they Holdon for a couple of day they can have Holden
  7. Well done ladies shows what can happen with a change of manager
  8. Its good to see some of the old pictures, I started off in the enclosure, But also a good reminder how far we have come, although I know a few miss the standing and atmosphere that created, but maybe not the wading through piss to get to the urinal
  9. Not seen much of them, but now seem to have got into the Prem primadonna way of wandering around, far cry from the high intensity high press team that went up and done well last season.
  10. That's just used as an excuse for people to try and justify their actions of breaking the rules, people need to realise they are doing it for their friends and families not the government or Boris. The problem is we have a FU generation that only cares for themselves without a 2nd thought of the impact on others. You are correct that we cannot compare to other countries where more respect for the family is still important and thought given to actions and repercussions.
  11. As much as we all want to be back watching football, I can't believe we have not even come out of a national lockdown yet and talk of allowing such large gatherings is crazy. Unfortunately comments about asking people to be sensible and respect distancing are not going to happen, the major spread has been by the FU generation, who see themselves as not going to catch it and nobody is going to spoil their fun, so mingle close in pubs and party's with no consideration whatsoever who they may pass on to.
  12. lets hope you are correct, but not sure I trust in honest sportsmanship of clubs who have so much to gain financially when it comes to it, imagine the fans backlash if Leeds vote to carry on and F it up (although would be hilarious)
  13. I don't think that means anything, players have returned as the season may continue, but ts crazy that clubs will be voting and have an agenda based upon league position. What they should have said is the season will be finished, but the choice is this season or delay next season BBC news (with non relevant bits removed) Clubs will still be promoted and relegated from the three divisions of the English Football League if seasons are ended amid the coronavirus crisis. Play-offs will also be played, but with no more than four teams. The EFL has confirmed that 51% of Championship, League One and League Two clubs need to agree for the campaign in each division to be curtailed. This could pave the way for the League One season to be cancelled, with teams currently split over a resolution. The new regulations still have to be voted on by all 71 EFL clubs before they can be implemented. Players are set to return to training on Monday but with strict protocols.
  14. Is the season now finished, with the majority going to decide if to continue or not? 5 of the top 6 would be happy for the season to end, maybe Fulham 6 points behind auto may think they have a play off place and still a shout at auto ( 5 to end, 1 Play) Stoke in 17th to Hull in 21st will be happy to end and avoid relegation (5 to end) Reading 14th to Birmingham 16th, little to play for, not much chance of relegation and very remote chance of play offs, but all the cost of playing, so likely to want finished (3 likely to end) Luton and Barsley could go either way as unlikely to avoid relegation but will incur all the cost and no gate receipts ( 2 could go either way, but likely end) Which leaves us in 7th to QPR in 13th with chance of play offs (7 to play) and Charlton in 22nd a chance of avoiding relegation (1 to play) So I think it could be 15 want end v 9 will want to carry on
  15. think the cancellation of sporting events and non work / school gatherings are the correct thing to do, it will only be in the next 1-2 weeks that schools will also be shut, which means they have only a short period to cover with remote teaching before easter holidays, when people would already had to arrange child care.
  16. if they don't close the loophole, then clubs could be clever and exploit further buy only selling a percentage of it ground each year for just enough to prevent FFP, also avoiding any tax implications.
  17. well according to a vile fan The Premier League will be delighted that one of the truly big clubs is back in the fold. They will not risk losing us, only to end up with another Bournemouth, Brighton or Burnley, no offence intended to those clubs.
  18. lowlights up http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/teams/aston-villa/11192530/aston-villa-5-0-bristol-city some poor defending
  19. Makes a decent point? started off by saying he should have played leko, woodward & taylor then contradicks himself to agrue that taylor is not good enough and dining out on the man u pass confused.com
  20. still need our 3 points for safety, but atleast this year I am not worrying about it in January instead of panicing in April
  21. Would fancy our chnaces but looking at the injuries list on the main web site now includes Baker & Pato added to the list of long term injuries. The lads have done fantastic to keep putting on performances whilst carrying niggling injuries due to the other players out, but not being able to rest players for certain matches I fear will be exposed tonight. Gary O'Neil - knee injury Famara Diédhiou - knee injury Jens Hegeler - knee injury Eros Pisano - hamstring injury Callum O'Dowda - ankle injury Nathan Baker - hamstring injury Jamie Paterson - hamstring injury Milan Djuric - operation (not on list for some reason) Unbelieable list when you consider they would all be on the pitch or bench
