  1. fa fa fa fa fa betterrrrr
  2. My mate sent me this one him and his dad thought up. Rhythm is a dancer Naismith is the answer You can play him anywhere Stole him from the luton He is our solution Try and stop him if you dare Oooohhhhhh Kal Naismith Oooohhhhhh You should see him in the air Oohhhhhh Kal Naismith Ooooohhhhhhhhhhhh
  3. Need to start to get creative lads, start of the new season and we need chants for Wilson, Naismith and Sykes. What we thinking? Will be quite inspiring to the players having their name sung in their first game for the club. Some inspiration needed I believe!
  4. 100%. At AG, if im honest its not the most hostile experience compared to other stadiums, and really quite enjoyable at the top of the lansdown when your just watching the football. Maybe avoid away games for a few years, you get the ‘ultras’ (as cringe as it sounds’ who travel the miles to give some to a innocent man, because they feel like they are on top of the world. Just is what it is unfortunately mate.
  5. Completely understandable. In a preseason friendly, whats the need?
  6. Quite right, and cost effective too. Win for both parties.
  7. Do the club still give out wallets for the season cards? My first season ticket since the covid season (19/20) and they club always gave out wallets to keep the cards in.
  8. Hi all. For the Sunderland game on the 6th, is it possible to bring two mates and sit in another area of the stadium? My dad is up for coming, however I sit in s24 and obviously due to no available seats, I cant have him sit next to me. My dad and his mate were thinking of going, but sitting elsewhere in the ground with me in the South. Is this possible?
  9. Totally agree. I also feel the sense of optimism is slowly building until when we draw 1-1 with the League One play off winners at Home after going 1-0 is never a good thing. Id personally keep Hull, then have someone like Birmingham, Reading etc. Still optimistic about this season. Quote this at about 5:30pm on the 6th of August when i’m sat on the train after the 0-1 loss to Sunderland.
  10. New ones every year. Should arrive sometime in July.
  11. I like my dad coming with me every now and then. I sit in the singing corner and its hard enough to get a ticket near me, or in fact be able to afford to sit in the lansdown, when its gunna cost me about £70 which is just ridiculous. I appreciate the reason for this is the high losses but during the current cost of living crisis not everyone can afford this, hence the empty seats on a saturday, and the full south stand, with only 50% of the lansdown full.
  12. Very true. The main focus for Gould right now is the kids, hence the training ground visits free shirts etc. Costs dont help though, the average male cant afford to fork out £40 every saturday to potd.
  13. Just a quick one. Last season you can tell that Section 82 was clearly the loudest in the ground. No singing elsewhere even when the away fans encourage it, except for the painful ‘come on you reds’ or clap clap ‘city’. We need to expand the section to make it a proper home end again, like the old east end. AG was once a feared place, now just an easy point for the opposition. I believe this would also slow down the hooliganism from S82 (ie throwing flares and bottles at corner takers) and really encourage other fans in other parts of the ground to sing. I appreciate 70 year olds might not want to be deathened by the fact the Bartons mother is a wh**e but we need to bring back the hostile atmosphere that we once had.
  14. Recently moved with a few mates from the dolman and the lansdown to s24, mainly because of the better atmosphere and if im honest, less financial pressure. Anyone know what the view is like there? Heard good things, but is there anyone who sits there that can tell me otherwise?
  15. Got mine in s24, any one know what the views like. Excited for the atmosphere, used to sit in the dolman.
