What trying to get through most days this week has looked like ‘user busy’ so the call cuts because the queue is full.

This was happening before phone sales had even started for Man City and all

I got through eventually mate, the woman on the other end said their queue capacity is like 38 and it hits maximum the moment the phone lines open.

Yeah been trying for 3 days now mate and can’t even get in a queue either it just says ‘user busy’

What bugs me is the lack of respect that some people have whilst stood in front of people who are clearly elderly or people who might be uncomfortable standing for 90 minutes.

I like standing up too but you just sit down and suck it up if you’re not in a suitable position to do so imo
