It was, think it was deliberately kept quiet.

That was mine!

Apparently he played against us in 1969and scored in a 3-2 cup win. That’s correct, sadly.

Had the privilege and pleasure of meeting Sir Geoff at walking footy, and then at Ashton Gate, what a gent, took time to talk and sign for everyone, so interesting to listen to, still looking good at 82! Thanks to all those who organised, and special thanks to Sir Geoff, my boyhood hero, and a day i will never forget.

He did, also signed for less money, and when injured earlier in season sat with fans Fratton end, named his son Milan, after previous chairman.not many players around nowadays like that unfortunately

Wasn’t worth it, good luck for the future…

Clueless and lacking in tactics and substitutions to break them down, as they’ve been against so many teams this season, -

But that predictable city, said before the game, could be 0-0, or we will struggle to win, no matter whos the manager thats always been the city unfortunately -

Perhaps that’s why they appointed him, his experience and knowledge of league 1 -
Love to know if Robins ever applied for city managers job, certainly an opportunity missed there, if did.

Forget the dressing room, he's lost the fans

So how, where and why, did the board get their information on Manning, and come to the conclusion that he would be a good fit for Bristol City, who decided ? Totally baffled by the appointment, but as said previously, can’t blame the bloke for wanting to better himself, and take the job, it’s the people or person who thought he was up to the job who has to take the blame. -

What was the actual attendance? People who were there, not the one where they count season ticket holders, who haven’t turned up. -
Have the players given up on this season or LM

His interviews and comments after games send me to sleep, so is this our problem? That his team talk before a game doesn't motivate or inspire the players, and quite the opposite, bores and sends them half to sleep, would explain some of our recent performances. -
I find it kind of sad, that we are making so much of a match that was 50 years ago, are we that desperate? That and the Liverpool game, how sad are we?

By cheap option, meant his wages, compared to a proven championship manager
-
He was easy and cheap option, and a huge gamble, showed lack of ambition by the board, we've been treading water, going nowhere for years!

Your goalie will be ok then, we can go a full 90 minutes without having a shot on target! -
Forest, Middlesbrough then Southampton, I sadly think its more likely we will lose all 3, not win 2 on the bounce!

According to piece in todays Daily Mirror, says West Brom are closing in on a move for Weimann, as he is in the last 6 months of his contract, yet to be offered a new deal, and has had limited game time since Liam Manning arrived. Just paper talk, or something more?
